Poor service ,after I waited 50 minutes for my order ,only to get home and my order was incomplete.i bought family treat 10pcs that supposed to have 2 coleslaw’s and there were not there even tomato sauces or chips spice or salt nothing .I called them and I was told I must come the following day to get the shortages ,so I must drive back to get coleslaw’s. One time I ordered through drive through and they said I must pack my car they will bring the order ,they completely forgot about me after an hour I went inside to ask ,they just said sorry and that’s it
This is my go to shop .Superbalist service is amazing.I always get my order on time and if anything doesn’t fit I am able to exchange or get refund if am not satisfied with the product.This is everything that we need as online shoppers.Big up to Superbalist team❤️

I am very disappointed with the manager at Pick n Pay Primrose .I was buying groceries and I asked for cash back at the till around 3pm.The tiller said she doesn’t have money and asked other tillers ,they all said they don’t have money .The tiller next to the one I was paying at said she has money but she is keeping it for some customer who will later come to get it .I asked them why are they keeping cash for other people when I am there as a customer as well .They gave me attitude and i asked to see their manager and when she came she told me that they are right if they kept for on other customer who is not even there at that moment .While we were still talking the manager left and said she doesn’t have time for what I was saying.The other tiller who said she doesn’t have the money called me when she saw that it was an issue and turned out she had way more money than what I was asking for .Their customer service is extremely poor .I will never go buy from them ever again unless they apologise for making me feel stupid in their store
I am so disappointing with car track.My husband s car was stolen last year the 12th of December. Around February the police found the car .The engine number was scratched and they kept the car until June due to paper work.He is not working and spoke to car track about cancelling the contract,they have explained that he will have to pay an amount of R1500 .They arranged through the phone that he can pay R100 every month till he completes to pay 1500 that is required.After their conversation he received a confirmation of cancellation but with the fee of R110 per month ,not as per R100 that was agreed on upon phone conversation.The message explained that they will deduct the R110 from 31.07.2021 .On the 31st OF July they deducted R192 .On the 05th of August they deducted R125 .I dont know what is hapenning
Good day I am writing a review on my mother s behalf. She has Woolworths credit card and she has been paring for so long.The money doesn't seems to reduce and when she went to ask for her records they say they can only pull one month record. How is that so? She wants a year record to be able to see how far she is with the payments. Your assistance will be highly appreciated

<div>Dear I am paying cartrack I lost my car on Saturday the 11th of December 2020.I found out at 00:55 AM and same time I called cartrack, the lady took my information and said they will call me back ,indeed within 3 minutes a guy called and asked for my information ,he then said he cannot see it at that moment I must go to open a case at police station he will call back. I went to police station to open a case ,they never called back .On Saturday I called again someone answered and asked for my registration number ,I gave them then he just said please hang up I will call you back ,that was the last time I heard from them. Sunday I called again, I found a lady she asked me for my registration number to check on their system after she checked she said to me she will forward the message to the relevant department as she does not deal with my situation ,I explained what happened from the first call I have made ,I told her that I was being told they will call me back no one wants to inform me about the last location of the car, she said sorry I cant help I have to forward the information. I ordered a dress on the 28th of October 2020 and delivery fee. I chose a delivery fee that said delivery with 5 working days. The dress was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday the o4th November 2020.It was not delivered ,I called them they ignored my calls. I sent them watsapp and explained that I needed the dress for the 7th of November 2020 as I was attending a traditional wedding. The dress I ordered is traditional wedding. I did not even have an outfit for the wedding. They disappointed me so much. I checked their reviews on Facebook, lots and lots of people commented ,complaining that they are still waiting for their orders from February, all the comment were deleted later on. I also commented to say may they please answer their watsapp and calls and told them how disappointed I am.My comment was also deleted. It is very bad .As I am writing I did not get my parcel even now and they just ignore me.The wedding has passed I am not even interested anymore ,I am so hurt.
Good day I am writting this review with a heavy heart I will never ever in my life buy at adidas outlet factory shop at woodmead . I went there there was 40% special .frm the special i took a jacket (normal price at 750) and 2 Tshirt (1 at 500 and the other at 550) .when i deduct the 40% i was supposed to pay R1080 and when i get to the till they told me it cost R1280 ,when i ask how did it come to that price the lady told me that only the jacket was on special .When i ask about the 2-Tshirts since i found them under 40%specials ..she said its not on special regardless of their reason the total price was still incorrect.When i calculated the Tshirts with the normal price deducting the 40% for the jacket it diddnt correspond to what they wanted me to pay.I ended up leaving all the items.And i overheard another guy with the same problem as mine in the till but he ended up buying.Earlier on ,One of the staff member approached me when i was looking for sizes and he said he can buy me with the staff price and i asked him how much discount am i gonna get on top of 40%special and he said my items are already on special so he cannot buy with the staff price so i must go to the till and pay.Thats when the whole story happened. I asked the lady at the till to go wth me to where the items are and she sent me with another staff member to confirm if their indeed on special and the guy confirmed that they are on special but the lady refused and said there is nothing she can do It seems like they all aware of what they are doing to the customers to benefit and share. I suspect they thought i dont know how to deduct the percentage from the normal price because i heard some of the customers asking the staff to go and check them the prices .
