I bought a printer by game which stated 3 year extended warranty not even a year and a half later the machine stops working, I then took it to the store to exercise my warranty then I get told by Game that they will send this to Hp to be assessed. They promised to provide me with feedback which they didn't. Leaving me to call after the consultants at game and to contact HP directly. I was then told the as*****t period will be 21days and I will need to pay an as*****t fee of R350. I waited the 21days and then I called HP to get the email address of the reps in my area because my machine has not been repaired, i sent the reps a email 3 weeks ago and no one from HP has reached out to me. As a customer I feel unappreciated and disappointed. I spent over R5000 with HP and 10 times more at game over these past few years. I feel as If I was lured into this **** marketing scheme to pay more for this printer that was supposed to be so good with an extended warranty. Only to be disappointed, charged for an as*****t and then ignored by the Reps of HP.
I made a withdrawal on the 6th of September 2022 and I still haven't received the funds. Whenever I message the helpline the same person Sanelisiwe Diko was allegedly helping me. When messaged today Sanelisiwe Diko started the chat then immediately ended the chat, this is after I have been waiting between 30 min to 1 hour to speak to a representative of hollywoodbets. I was promised first that it will be processed then I was told that FnB that has to respond then when I messaged again I was told to wait between 7 working days and that it will cost R60 and I was fine with that. In October I messaged and Sanelisiwe Diko confirmed that it was her that helped me and that she will escalate this to her manager. Today is the 12 Nov and I still no withdrawal..I would like someone who is trained and competent to handle this issue. I have all the emails as proof of the messages and I have the screenshot of the work avoidance by Sanelisiwe Diko.
I paid on the 05/05/2022 over R880 and then my dstv went off a few days after. I was then advised my a lady called Amanda to pay an amount of R300+ on the 19 may then my dstv will be activated up until the 3rd of June. Today on the 21st of may my dstv was disconnected and i had to contact dstv again to have my services reconnected. The person who helped me Eutica has helped me with the reconnection and advised that it will go off again. I am grateful for Eutica however i am deeply disappointed in the misleading information provided by Amanda
The service i received from dstv has been poor and really unprofessional. Dstv agent lusanda was quick to tell me that she checked the reference and that what my email from a dstv agent is saying doesnt confirm to what is reading on the system. I then told her that my dstv was disconnected on the 9th and then i sent proof of payment and my dstv was reconnected by the agent who was assisting me. I then told lusanda to check the notes and see what her colleague has said as to why my dstv has been reconnected. She then told me that there is no notes on the system to prove this. I have paid over R4000 to dstv since February and my dstv pricelock is supposed to be R695. The agent then ended the chat as i requested a ticket. She then asked about the disposition and i said i do not accept what she is saying then she just ended the chat. I am really disappointed and i just want to speak to a competent agent from dstv who will fix this matter.
I always purchase from and recommend people to go and buy from KFC pelican park. However, this week I had the most horrible experience. Firstly since eating KFC my entire immediate family has been throwing up and has been having terrible stomachaches. Secondly the waiting time was rather strange as I had to wait more than 45 minutes for my meal to be prepared. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the meals and at this point I feel that i am done supporting the brand and cannot confidently reccomend KFC anymore. Deeply dissatisfied.
When going on the app to pay my balance it said that i need to pay R2400++. I paid it on the 23/02/2022. Yesterday on the 10/03/2022. My dstv was disconnected and i was told to pay another R1059. This is day light robbery
The guy working today at the till was extremely unprofessional and had a foul attitude. When asking him to redeem my lotto ticket he attempted and it didn't work he I then asked him if there is a serial code he can manually input and he immediately that it's a long process and said that if it doesn't work on the first time he won't try again. Before giving him the serial code he said I don't know why you trying this because its not going to win. I felt very unwelcomed and won't recommend this shop as the service received was puterate. The shop had no customers at the time and I was patient to let him help the other customers. I have been supporting this local business all my life and to receive this type of treatment really upsets me.
I made payment on Monday 6 Dec of more than R900, today I was disconnected and told I need to pay more. This is day light robbery
After being humiliated by the owner of the Ok mini market in strandfontein, I have received feedback and was told that the case was going to be investigated. It has been two weeks today since I last received feedback from the company. Can someone please assist me because I still need to get that matter resolved the owner of the store infringed my hunan right to equality and the right to human dignity. I was only excercising my right to freedom of expression and right to access of information. I now feel that my right to just administration action is also being infringed. Regards, Mr Rowland.
Most horrible experience, the white owner publically humiliated infront of his staff and the other customers, he then said that I am not allowed to set foot back into his store, I have been ill treated and my basic human rights has been infringed. The managers on duty was John and Olivia and they did not care and they were told that they should look at me and not allow me into the store again. He said he doesn't care about government and that it is his private business and that he has the right to admission. He became racist towards me and my gardener because we wanted to exercise our right to contact the consumer protector. I will not accept this unfair treatment as I was abused verbally by what he said and I feel that now my confidence in general to the public has been tarnished.
