Sadly, an ************ company that has ignored all my emails in favour of retaining my deposit despite having cancelled the service following no response from them. I strongly recommend that they be avoided unless you want to through money in the water.
Flight delays of over 3 hours due to carrier not checking the flight worthiness of their aircraft prior to onboarding passengers. Surely a more proactive approach to participating in air carrier business is essential!
The worst possible courier company I have dealt with in 20 years. A parcel sent two weeks ago has still not been delivered to my office. In at least 10 calls to their service centre I am told they have an incomplete address and each time I confirm the correct address. Today, 11 calls later, still the same response "we have an incomplete address on our system" Not one of the many other courier service providers we use has every botched up as badly as this company

5 min late for boarding, I am told the next flight (R300 free) is fully booked and not an option. Even though I showed them 8 available seats exists online, the OR Tambo office continious to dedy it. Cost me R3500 to book a seat on that flight! Seems that the staff was suggesting seats are available at a premium. Now ready to board, the flight is delayed by at least 20 min. The carrier only notified passengers 1 min before boarding. But this delay is without consequences to the carrier.
Butchery acknowledged that they are selling highly spiced biltong although they venomously deny that it is an ongoing practice. On the back of this commitment, I purchased two separately selected pieces of biltong only to discover that yet again both are highly spiced. Apart from the deceitful positioning from management (Mariska) they are holding a defiant stance on the matter. Something to hide for sure!
Although confirmed over a year ago that a beneficiary passed, they continue to charge monthly fees - no running in access of R4,000.00! My only option now is to cancel in one year from now - following online attempt to resolve the matter. No rest for the dead who will be demanded to continue to pay for DSTV well after they have passed!!!
New tracker installed six months ago and today still no response from them (other than the monthly deduction). Seldom that I come across such pathetic service which, in this industry, is alarming - what can I expect when my loved ones are in urgent deen for assistance - wait another six months?
Yet another instance of so many similar complaints already appearing on this site in which this agency shamefully cons tenants out of their deposits. It is time to close this agency down.
A high-end Lenovo laptop fails dismally during the warrantee period. Taking it in to a Lenovo repair Centre failed equally dismally. The problem, intermediate in nature, is supported with video evidence showing clearly the magnitude of the embarrassing failure. However, no joy of any plausible resolve. The only thing I left with – the aftertaste of unprofessional rude staff. My high-end Lenovo left somewhere in the repair Centre and me looking for an alternative brand replacement; for my personal use as well as my Company’s future requirements.
