Bad service I went in mall of Tembisa to get my glasses they said I will receive them in seven day which I didn’t then after 2weeks I called they told me that my medical hasn’t responded to their email I told them to cancel today I went to another opt only to find out they submitted my client a week ago after I told them not to now I’m here stranded they can’t even reverse that they are now telling me I should wait for someone who is off to resolve it
Poor service , I am experiencing **** service with my uncapped data my router is not working during the day and it only works at night imagine the struggle I go through as I work from home. This started on the 25 and kept saying everything is fine I even thought my router was damaged only to notice now that they loaded night days instead of uncapped I can’t reach them on the phone I’ve been calling the whole day they want us to use that useless chatbot of theirs I’m tired I’ll loose my job because of them cause I can’t work without internet
**** place I’d never recommend I’m currently staying in one of their properties in Glen Austin , their treatment towards tenant is bad. The property is not being cleaned, the pool in this heat is being locked so that we don’t have access to the swimming pool whereas it was one of the attractions that lured us to the place , they are so ****** and not respecting tenants. You’ll call for maintenance until Jesus come back my toile have been leaking since January , other tenants don’t have hot water is over a week now.
I received and order on the 7th of November i the item was big i then lodged a return since the 7th of November they have not came to collect it even though their policy is up to 7 days. i called last week they said i must wait for 14 days i fillowed up today they are telling me the lodgment is closed because they came on the 22nd and i was not here around 16h00 which is a lie no one came and no driver called me or them notifying me about the collection. i am here not knowing what to do . I even asked them to give me the details of the drive so or refernce so that i can querry i am not getting anything which shows that it's a lie they never came and they dicided to cancel my request for no reason because they do not want to do their job

I have requested a settlement letter on Tuesday to close off my account and the letter was sent to me and I made 2165.80 payment as requested however again today when I called to close off my account I was told to pay another 140 because I didn't inform them that I'm closing off the account I paid it straight but now I cannot be assisted their staff are rude and sending me back and forth I don't know what to do
Very very bad medical insurance, my premiums were increased without me knowing I just saw when the debit order went off and now I'm not feeling well I was sent back home by the Dr because I have 0 GP visit weres I paid and I have been using them since from 2020 may. I don't have money to pay cash and I can die anytime from now
Bad service been calling you the whole ****en day wasting my airtime in calling you, they are not assisting me I received a wifi rooter which is not working because they didn't load or activate it today I made 3 phone calls begging them to activate they are not doing it they keep on lying to me ****** *****es, I want my money come and take this **** rooter of yours
