This was a shared transaction between Bradlows and Sleepmasters in Voortrekker street Alberton Johannesburg I had to return 2 beds i bought from them because i had issues with it. So i paid in and bought 2 new and better beds. This was done 28 Nov 25. I had to fight and email and call for 2 weeks for my collection of the old beds and delivery of the new beds. So after fighting for 2 weeks i got a call from the Jetpark warehouse confirming that delivery will be on the 17th because the 16th is a holiday. Morning of the 16th we get a call from the delivery driver saying he needs to deliver, so we accepted the delivery cause i mean we've been waiting for 2 weeks. So when he got here he only had 1 bed I wanted lose my sh#t. I called everyone and everywhere but no one available to assist. No store manager cause it's a holiday obviously. No help from Sleepmasters next door. No assistance from the warehouse nothing so i sit with half a delivery and no answers or help. We decided to reject the delivery because we paid for 2 beds not 1 so we want 2 beds delivered and we couldn't sort out anything cause no one was available and the rest had no idea what's going on. So we went to the branch asking them to call the manager so i can get answers..... ONLY THEN we found out that the 2 beds we were returning was booked as 2 separate complaints. So in other words the 2 new beds were also booked as 2 separate orders that means 2 references and 2 different delivery dates. That was after the first delivery was rejected and sent back to warehouse. Ok so the 2 deliveries were 16th fro bed one and 17th for bed two. But obviously we weren't informed that it was gonna work like that. So the 17th came and only 1 bed was delivered and we now had to wait for delivery on bed 2. I got a call from Bradlows Jetpark warehouse in that week again confirming delivery of bed 2 on Saturday (20th). We waited and waited and waited. I messaged the driver he asked for a reference Nr. I gave him the reference nr of the delivery but he never responded. I messaged and messaged him nothing. I called several times he didn't answer. MY BED WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!!!! No calls from the warehouse, no answer from the driver nothing no help no answers This has been going on for 3 weeks. After fighting for 2 weeks before delivery was only arranged..... We weren't informed that the 2 new beds have 2 different references and will be delivered separately so did not accept a delivery of only 1 bed because there was no to assist A new date was scheduled and the bed was never delivered. No answer or response from the driver or warehouse This is the worst most pathetic service I have ever received. And no one gives a sh#t. If the told us they are delivering on 2 separate days we would have had both beds but no communication nothing

I am now absolutely sick and tired of the sizes you guys keep in stores. Its just SS, S, M everywhere how the hell do we get accounts to buy from you but there are never proper sizes on in the stores. How the hell do i fit a full grown man or even teenager into SS, S and M sizes i mean really why don't you ever have larger sizes in stores you are making your company look really bad cause this is a problem that needs to be sorted cause you cannot have a men's section or be open for larger people but never have proper sizes for everyone Always the excuse they don't order they just deliver so they must take what they get. That is absolute ****. How can you tell us you do keep bigger sizes but it is always sold out then order ****** stock i mean seriously you can't be sitting with small sizes only all over the shops I will not recommend MR PRICE anymore they don't look after their customers
I have a big problem with the In-ear Earphones used when sleeping that they sell. I am sitting with 3 pairs and 3 i already threw away cause after 2 week the one side just dies usually the right side Every single time i buy them the same thing happens it is absolutely unacceptable it clearly hasn't been tested before selling cause they all do that
I have never dealt with so much harassment in my life 🤬 I get call after call after call what time of morning and what time of night, weekends, holidays you name it they jist don't stop. I've asked how many times now that my nr gets taken off their system and i literally just got another call from Homechoice they are f@#*& parasites harassing people nonstop all day at work at home calls calls calls!!!!!!!!
I bought 2 of the Fresh Crystals from them which i paid R419 for and on the website it says 30-40 days of freshness if you use the 2/3 of a cup on top of the litter. That is absolute *******. I even use a full cup and it does NOT take away any odours at all. I've used it now more than once on a clean litter box and not even hours later the box smells. The Crystals does not work at all That is absolute waste of money!!!
First no price on the items then we were given the wrong prices. We asked management and they didn't wanna help is with the price we were given. We were offered a price a bit less than the original price cause they refused to give it at the price we were given. They had to re do the transaction twice still putting the wrong pricing in. The manager just walked off on his phone while the wrong prices were still rung up. Then the teller refused to listen so we cam explain what happened and instead of getting the manager he rather stood there arguing with us. This was absolutely pathetic service. The manager wanted to give the sales man n last warning and said he must pay the difference or he will get fired. Why not just make an exception and amend the price but no a whole situation was created because management doesn't make sure there's prices on the items they just sit there on his phone the whole time. We really wanted the items today but the way we were treated and the service was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional
I want to take back my previous complaint about Bradlows Voortrekker street Alberton They promptly sorted my issue and i got brand new beds. I want to thanx them for all the assistance and kindness they showed me. I am a happy customer Thank you Bradlows and staff
I bought 2 mattresses from Bradlows in Voortrekker street Alberton a month ago and it's already denting in. The one is even less firm than the other. It is affecting my back and sleep. It's very very poor quality after i was told its good quality Been trying to sort it out for days now and still nothing
Most pathetic service ever. So not order food from Mr Delivery cause some of the food you pay for doesn't get delivered. The restaurant says they 100% packed it and that the driver stole it or the restaurant is bull****ting customers out of money. Mr delivery does nothing to sort it out. No help no justice nothing you just pay for food and never get it
