Today I logged into my FNB Business Account to my Shock allot of money was missing I Had 6 Transactions of R9536.58 Totaling R57 219.48. I immediately contacted FNB ***** department, and my card was blocked. I'm shocked how every transaction I do with FNB I have to use the app to authorize the payment or use an OTP none of this was received and I believe this to be an inside job at FNB. I have a business to run and have to wait for FNB to get back to me within 30 days with an outcome? That could mean anything!
In Jan 2022 I purchased TotalAV Antivirus for my PC for R239 for A year license. In Jan 2023 I had R2108.93 deducted from my account. I contacted TotalAV and was told its auto renewal. I never agreed to an auto renewal and demanded my month back they then tried to offer me a discount of 60% and then later a larger discount of 80% I refused and informed them I would no longer use TotalAv software due to this and demanded a full refund. They agreed in writing and I received a refund of R1991.97 this is R116.96 short of the total amount. I have reported them to my bank for fraud and hope to recover the remaining balance.
Good Day. My wife received an sms that Westbank is going to contact her for proof of insurance out our car under finance with them. I read online and emailed proof of insurance to them. We have now received a threatening email that they are unable to contact us and have asked us to send them the required information that I have already sent. All over hello peter i see they this is a corporate scam to add insurance to your policy. I have emailed them back to make them aware of this and that I was not buying it... Good Day. I booked a service for my Renault Sandero online with Renault.co.za on the 12 January 2022 the service was confirmed for Friday 14 January 2022. For Retnault Durban CBD. I arranged transport and arrived on this day to be told the car is not booked in. I showed the service manager an email I received from Renault. He would not take the car and asked If if I could bring it for next week. The dealership was quiet he could have made a plan or phoned Renault to see what the issues is. I declined and contacted Renault and was told it was booked. It was a huge wast of time I had to take a days leave to take my car in as well as arrange a lift. I complained to Renault and was given a motus email to direct my complaint. I never received a reply in over a week. I then phoned Renault South Africa my number was taken down and I was told they would call me back. It is close to a month later no one has called me back no one is interested. We have purchased 2 Renaults from Renault Durban. I am now taking my car elsware for its services.
I tried to contact MTN Customer care when dialing 135 as soon as I get hold of a service champion they either put down then phone or the line goes dead. I have contacted MTN via Facebook and have requested some information and still no feedback.
Prescribed listing on credit report. I have noted that there is an account named ABSA PERSONAL LOANS (Debt Recovery) which I have been listed for on my credit report. The account shows "Closed" that the balance "owed" is R0 Listed on (21-12-2020) Please note that I have not had any communication regarding any Absa credit card account and thus note that any account that Absa is calling about is dormant and has not been acknowledged in the past three or more years. Therefore, this account is prescribed and what you are doing is illegal. I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 3 consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons has been issued within the last 3 years. They are in contravention of the NCA Sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription Act 68 of 1969 (Prescription Act). Debt therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed and any negative information will be removed from my credit record. Should I receive any calls I will lay a complaint with the relative authorities, ie, NCR and LSSA. Please attend to this matter at the soonest and email a Prescribed letter that this account is closed to bjorn.augustyn@gmail.com

There is nothing worse than when someone blatantly lies to you! I was at The Courier Durban this morning where of of counter staff phoned JHB and told me one of my orders sent on the 11 December was not delivered. I received the below email moments ago fro Takealot JHB. Dec 23, 2020, 14:29 GMT+2 Good day Seller, Hope you are well. Kindly be advised that this PO has now been cancelled as it is overdue. 1 November 2020 Order to Takealot warehouse damaged. Items were securely packed my self and contained fragile stickers. The only way the items could have been damaged is if they were dropped from a high height. I had to complete claim forms to get my money back for the damaged items. Unfortunately the damaged items not being delivered to Takealot has put strain on my account with them. 15 December 2020. I received yet another call from The Courier Guy one of my items is damaged. I had to ask them if they are doing this on purpose? As this is the second time in a row. I also had to show the courier guy staff how to carry a box properly as he loaded other boxes on top of my boxes that are marked as fragile while carrying it. I Packed all the boxes my self and items were secured properly I cant understand what they are doing with my packages. I cant believe it I am going to have issues with Takealot short deliveries again.
3 November 2020 Arranged collection for two boxes to be delivered to Takalot. I asked the drivers to put fragile stickers on the boxes. I received an email today that items are damaged. Useless Company.
