MTN South Africa gave my phone numbers to someone else while I was still using it. I have been trying to block the sim and do the sim swap since August 2024 and not its December 2024.I have gone to the branch couple of times, and they assured me that the sim swap was done. I have paid and still it was not done. Right now, someone else is using the sim which I have been using since 2010/2011. Last week we had a bereavement and people were suing that number to send Ewallets and ABSA Cash send, and that money is all gone. Only R500 was reversed. The rest I couldn't. My social media OTP, My Productivity App (Google Workspace, Zoho People, Citrix) all goes to that number, and this makes my life very tough as this number has been used to communicate with family, friend and for business. All our business adverti*****ts have that number. Changing to another number will mean I will lose most of my business relationship. The reason I am persistent in retrieving the number is because this is being done for the second time and I know the hardships of trying to reconnect to loved one and business contact. Some of the business contacts were never regains and I don't want that to happen for the second time. They said i should do an affidavit and I have done it twice. In both instance I was assured that the sim swap was done but it wasn't done. I have even quantified on the affidavit, known amounts lost as a result of these and still can't get my number back. All my mobile money banking and USSD Codes and linked to that number.
There is no option to speak to a consultant on 135.I see there was a review made on this in 2019 and the issue is still not resolved. There reviewer was advice to press ''0'' to speak to a consultant but that option is not there.
I have been trying to change my company's bank account on National Treasury's CSD for some time now still not getting anywhere. My account verification failed because the name that stated there was not agreeing to the one on the card. I opened a new account for other reasons and want to add it on CSD but the dropdown menus for Business Name(Which changed at CIPC) and the account number are greyed out.
I have opened a fraud case with FNB to report a company called credit rescue.I reversed a transaction by credit rescue on my account successfully with FNB and opened a fraud case.I was adviced to cancell the card as Credit Rescue has my card detail which i did.However 6 days after i cancelled my card Credit Rescue was able to take money again from my account using my cancelled card details.I called FNB and i was refered to the fraud division who did not pick up the phone for a total of 152 minutes just waiting,waiting and listening to their music.The first transaction was successfully reversed however its a problem for the second one.I was made to complete payment reversal forms twice and that did not happen the first time i queried this company and its transactions.The first time i opened a fraud case on call but i now all of a sudden thats inpossible.
Credit Rescure is a scam. They will take your money at dates not agreed on. They take your money as a payment rather than a debit order and after that when you want to cancel your agreement with them you wont find them. Looks like they have no procedures for cancellation and they have no refunds. I paid them R4 500.Now there is no cancellation, no refund, no integrity and no services. Some of their consultants sounds high when you call them. Some are plain rude and clueless. Avoid this scam.

I opened an online account with Nedbank Business Account about in 24 th of July 2020. I received an email message from SmallBusinessServices@nedbank.co.za by Raisa Omar asking if i have been assisted of which i responded no i have not been assisted.Today its the 10th of October 2020 and have still not been contacted.
FNB 's service is bad and getting worse by the day. I tried to log a query for my debit card frau and I was not assisted.No matter how much you try to communicate your frustrations and queries with them. They just not customer orientated but they are number one when comes to taking our money.
I have applied for a Nedbank business account more than three weeks ago.I only got an email asking if i had been assisted and i answered ''no''.No one has come back to me ever since.
I deposited money into my Supabets online accounts on the 22 May 2020 today its the 29 May 2020 the deposit is still not reflecting. I queried the deposit and queried it some more instead i was requested to send the same information over and over again. I was requested to send proof of payment which I did from there i was requested to sent username, amount i deposited, date i deposited the amount and time which i did in spite the fact that all these information was on the proof of payment i sent. I was again requested to sent proof of payment and i decided to come here. BECAREFUL OF SUPABETS ONLINE PLATFORMS. More over they gave me a bonus when i registered but i still cant use or withdraw that bonus
