Shocking service!!! Internet been down since Tuesday and I get a call on Saturday to say it’s been logged with the technician!! No sense of Urgency and No compensation for the Data I have to Purchase due to poor product of MTN Supersonic!!
My experience with Discovery Insurance and PG Glass has been extremely disappointing. There were no follow-up calls or updates from the insurance side, leaving me completely in the dark about the progress of my claim. I had to personally contact PG Glass and coordinate everything myself, which was very inconvenient and frustrating. The service from PG Glass was just as dismal — unprofessional and unhelpful, making a stressful situation even worse. I expected better support and communication from both the insurance company, my broker and the service provider. They are all quick to take your money but not quick or willing to provide service of even an average standard. Very disappointed and would not recommend either.
I had a very disappointing experience with PG Glass. The miscommunication was frustrating; I felt like I was constantly in the dark about the status of my service. They wasted a lot of my time with unclear and inconsistent information. The staff seemed uninformed and unhelpful whenever I asked questions or requested a mobile service which was ignored, this only added to my frustration. Customer service was dismal — I didn’t feel valued, heard or cared for. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend PG Glass based on this experience.
I was advised to replace my pump to resolve an issue but it Did NOT resolve the issue. And my messages go ignored and problem remains! I would Never recommend these ‘Trusted Experts’ to Anyone!!
Uber has become ridiculous with passenger limit. Family of 4 can comfortably travel in the vehicles but drivers rejecting as UBER has defined limit to 3 people!!! Shocking way to exploit Customers
I logged a claim on TUESDAY and have followed up 3 times for feedback. All this whilst paying for a premium service plan that offers delinquent service delivery!! Supposed Purple Plan is not worth the money you pay!!! Don’t be fooled
Customer Service has been great. Response time from Kyle has always been great. If I send him a message at all hours he is quick to respond. Rates are great and no problems!
How Firestream remains in business is beyond me. The “support” emails after hours and clearly manned by ill trained, Unequipped agents and are in no position to resolve a query! Internet has down 40 hours and counting with no hope of resolution. SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE. BE WARNED
SELL SA refuse to ensure that their sellers of products are hold to account when they gladly take money for products that Dont Work. I raised my concerns on Numerous occasions and am still without a solution. DONT USE SELL SA UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED
Purchased a License that never worked, No attempt by the company to resolve.. Paid for an Item I cannot use. Do NOT trust their value statement as it is simply Not true! They offer NO security that the product you will purchase is legit and works - SCAM!!!
