The worst service provider. Been using it since April and it’s always down or it’s completely not working. It’s been two days without WiFi. They send emails saying they have successfully reconfigured and refreshed your connection but still no WiFi. I don’t know how many logged calls under my name since April. Worse part is that at East on 82 it’s not free like other central development rental apartments. I’ve logged a call since
I’m very happy about their service. The service was completed on time, and I must say I am impressed with the attention to detail. What really stood out for me was their excellent communication and customer care. They kept me updated throughout the process and they ensured I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. I truly appreciate the quality of their work, their fair pricing, and transparency. I would highly recommend them.
I’m so disappointed at the centurion branch for their level of service. I’ve been complaining since June for Hisense fridge regarding the sound it makes even opening and closing and time is just going and I’ve been made a fool every single time I contact them. I’m being told, well send someone, or we’ll text you on WhatsApp and till today I’m still waiting for a technician. The first complain they sent this rude man who had no patience and **** to me that boiling water will help, I tried that method 10 times I even WhatsApp the guy to say it’s not working. I don’t think it’s safe to even purchase anything from such people who don’t care about customer service.
I’m soooooooo disappointed !!!! Telkom Device Insurance has been failing to assist me for 3 weeks now doing ups and downs with no help. I am honestly so disappointed that I have to suffer like this while paying insurance. My Router got damaged due to loadshadding reasons. I wrote them an email to claim for replacement after I went to several branches to report the matter and they've sent me the documents to fill in which I did. Instead of replacing my device they keep making excuses that it's closed for repairs but the incident has been reported long before Christmas holidays. Can reporting an incident be this complicated!!!!??
Why do Black Friday sale if you don’t have capacity. Standing in a que for almost 30 minutes. You complain to the employees they look at you and the gossip. Supporting Soweto business is a curse: that’s why we prefer to drive for better service: shut down this nonsense store. If I could review a “0” I would . This is day two where I am told they can’t get hold of me then cancel delivery. This is a big joke, I’m busy taking leave to receive this parcel, what games are they playing? Where did they call and why the hell the same issue for two consecutive days. Ram is a ****** useless company and this has happened before when I ordered from Vodacom, it’s happening again now ordering from Istore and they lie about calling then cancel the delivery. I’ve never been so disappointed. Can companies stop using them and rather opt for “The courier guy” company as it’s more convenient and doesn’t have any lying issues.
Nomthandazo Cynthia Ndlovu, my worst nightmare. I’ve never seen a manager so *********** and rude like her. 03 July I complained about their phone ringing and not being picked up and I had to drive 30 mins to find the washing machine I need was not in stock. Her response was “you are here now, so it’s not important anymore”. What manager responds like this to a customer. I even hate that I paid R6.5K to support that particular store that day even after such a bad service. She even gave me her name with pride to report her.

I closed my contract and paid R8200. According to Telkom the payment reflected on their side on 11 April. After 6 days later they come again and debit R5k and it bounces. They now refusing to pay me back my R130 that was charged by my bank for bounced debit order. My account was paid in full and closed, the number was even changed to prepaid. Why can’t they be responsible to pay for my bank charges if they come and debit while I don’t owe them? I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
