These people are useless, don’t know why insurance uses these clowns to do work. Have been waiting on my vehicle for more than 2 months - still could not fix it correctly and had to be sent back. Also a bunch of ****s - Chantel, Peter and phone operator lady. Do not I repeat do not sent your vehicle here. There will be delays on delays !

Worst bank ever, amounts of R8.50 were charged to my account in the recent data breach. How am I supposed to trust a bank that can not keep my details private and furthermore gaslights customers when they report a breach ? I’ve had enough now of Standard Bank. Refrain from using their services, they give numbers to ****mers/ spammers. Before requesting quote from Hippo, I never used to get any spam calls however after that different story, leading me to believe that Hippo does not even comply with POPIA act. They gave my number to ****mers and spammers. Rather go directly to insurance and request quotes from there.
Got a quotation from Outsurance which my current insurer beats, filled in the form and sent my insurance details to claim R500 for promotion. It has been 2 weeks, is outsurance no longer running the promotion or ?
Contact Standard Bank to negotiate my home loan interest rate, to no success. No one has made means to response/ reply to email or to come into contact with me. They generated an automatic email asking for my number and time to get back to me with no follow through on their side. Is this how you put diligent clients first ?
Standard Bank proactively decided to restructure my home loan last year without consulting me, how does that work? O my sent an email with no call ? Please explain how you make changes to a loan and not notify the person who is affected by it. I should be the only authority and party to give directions on any restructuring not you proactively decide for me.
Appalling service by DSV still waiting for my parcel to arrive after being told I could expect to receive it the previous week ! Been sending emails back and forth and calling the call center with the sale consultants being unable to provide me with a reason why I have not received my parcel. When I track the parcel I get a notification of "poor delivery address" - How come none of the staff thought to call to confirm the delivery address ?? This is what happens when you dont put your client first. I would never recommend DSV courier services to anyone.
