I had contract with Telkom for 24 months and it expired. It continued on a monthly basis until last year when I wrote a letter to cancel it. But to surprise Telkom continued to take money from my account. I then decided to reverse the payments. Now telkom demands R2400 from me for the arrears that accumulated after the contract was canceled. Still they do not want to cancel the contract. They threaten to blacklist me. Please help me. I want the contract canceled. I am a pensioner, i cannot afford to continue with the contract.
Ask the company, on my behalf, to stop taking money from my bank account ********ly. The money they have already taken for the last two months must be refunded immediately
In 2020, May 27th, at about 11:00 an amount of R130 000 was transferred *****ulently from my standard bank account to different companies. One of the companies is Betway which is currently the sponsor of the Premier league in South Africa. I immediately phoned the Prestige banker and asked the lady who was at work to reverse the *****ulent transactions. The lady refused to grant my request, instead she advised to write a letter to standard bank ***** department. I did as she requested. R30 000 which was paid into one of the companies was brought back into my account. But the R99 999 that was deposited into a Betway was never returned. The bank refused to retrieve the money from Betway. I have not recovered from that loss. The clients of standard bank must know their money is not save, it can be ****** and the bank will not assist you.
This company ignored my letters to cancel a vehicle warrant policy and continued to debit my bank account. For two months they debited my bank account without my authorization. I need the company to effect the cancelation and refund all the moneys they debited for two months. Contact the company please

My wife bought a car with Wesbank. After settling the car she was not given documents that would enable her to change ownership into her name. The car was paid in 2017. Unfortunately my wife died in 2020. I asked Wesbank to issue such documents to me, I submitted all the required information to them in 2020. Up to the time of writing Wesbank has not furnished me with the documents. I am frustrated, I cannot change the ownership of the car into my name. The car is still owned by Wesbank despite the fact that it has been settled. Since 2020 I have been failing to get the cooperation of Wesbank. They asked me to pay R440.00 for the service but they did not render that service. My name is Mogashoa MP. My wife's name is Mogashoa MG. The car in question is Hyundai Sonata.
On the 26 May 2020 at 20:00, Vodacom allowed a fraudster to do a sim swap on my cell phone number 0825631864. On the 27th of May 2020 at 12:04 a sum of R129 999.00 was taken from my standard bank account. I reported the case to vodacom who could not explain how my number was sim swaped at 20:00 on the 26th May 2020 and the next morning my money was stolen from my account. I suspect the fraudsters collaborated with someone working for vodacom, he/she gave the fraudsters the details of the transactions on my cell number, enabling them to answer sim swap questions correctly. Vodacom promised to investigate and report back to me within 14 days. I am angry at my number being sim-swaped and used to defraud me. I am disappointed with Vodacom. Our personal details are easily provided to people who seek to hurt us. I am hurting and frustrated
On the 27th of May 2020 at 12:04 R129 999.00 was fraudulently taken from my account. I reported the incident to the bank. It promised to investigate. On the 4th of June a certain lady, who said she worked for the bank, phoned me to say the bank cannot be faulted for the theft of my money. That means the bank cannot refund the money to me. I am suffering. Debits from my creditors cannot be paid. They threaten me with legal action for non-payment. Others threaten me with physical violence. I am not sleeping in my house to avoid being ****ed. I regret choosing standard as my bank. I will be retiring in August 2020, my pension money cannot be banked with standard bank, it is too risky to do that. Clients of the bank should expect that what happened to me, loosing a huge some of money through bank fraud, will one day happen to them and they will not be compensated just as I am not . I advise them to consider moving their monies to another bank that will compensate them in the event of fraud
