I have been a customer at FNB for some time now and must say that I haven't been happier with a bank tellers customer service and attentiveness like I have experienced with Smangele Sindane at FNB Ilanga Mall. She is friendly and has a let me help you attitude. I am so happy to be with FNB, I look forward to a fruitful relationship going forward.
We purchased a laptop and went to Postnet on the 6th of April 2021 in Nelspruit (Riverside The Grove) branch. My Mom was assisted by Shirnee and they packaged it in the waybill and my Mom paid for the delivery of the laptop to go to JHB. The driver who picked up and signed for the laptop to go to the Aramex warehouse for dispatch is Thomas from Aramex. The laptop was to be dispatched on the Wednesday the 7th of April 2021, making its arrival later that day or the day after which would be the Thursday 8th of April 2021. Thomas collected and signed for the laptop on the same day just a few hours after my Mom left Postnet. We didn't receive any communication nor confirmation regarding the laptop being received by Aramex nor was there any communication of it being dispatched to go to JHB. On the 9th of April at noon, my Mom decided to go back to the Postnet branch to do a follow up as we were nor receiving any information concerning its dispatch or arrival at the destination. When my Mom got there She was then informed that the laptop is not known at it hasn't been dispatched. My Mom was told by Shirnee at Postnet that she checked the laptop's whereabouts on Friday morning the 9th of April 2021 to see its whereabouts and she says that she saw it not moving and that it wasn't signed in or booked in as received at Aramex warehouse. Even after seeing this, we were not informed by Postnet (The Grove,) about the matter we had to go and find out through a follow up. We have a case number with Postnet headoffice but there is still no knowledge of the laptops whereabouts. It seems to have vanished onto thin air in a matter of seconds. How does a laptop go missing or have its whereabouts not known by the people who took responsibility to have it delivered safely at the destination it was going too? We are not getting any clear answers from anybody, and this is uncalled for. The inconvenience and incompetence of their service is highly unacceptable. We are very unhappy and infuriated by this whole experience and ordeal. Trust has definitely been broken. We are holding both Postnet and Aramex reliable for this incompetent act All we want is for the laptop to be found and returned back or replaced as soon as possible.

We got our puppy in January and needed to get insurance for him, I had been seeing dotsure as on TV so i gave them a call. I was assisted by Tiffany Phillips, she was cheerful and helpful. She explained all the ts and cs to me and assisted me with my insurance application for my doggy. I remember her name till this day. She really went out of her way to assist me. Thank you Tiffany.
I called to cancel my pet insure because my fur baby has passed away, I was assisted by Shay Harris and she was so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for your understanding and friendliness it's a beautiful trait to have, you are a gem.
