To whom it may concern I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up regarding the case of my mother, Mrs. Engela Kern. A year ago, she was contacted by Jessica Mthatya from Nomhlobo Jesica, representing Computershare. They informed her of her entitled assets derived from her employment with FirstRand Bank prior to her early retirement in 2008. On January 30, 2025, we received the following email: 'Dear Shareholder, FirstRand Limited Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited, as an issuer agent, is helping to trace shareholders of FirstRand Limited who may have unclaimed entitlements (unclaimed dividends). Unfortunately, I have encountered difficulties in providing the requested shareholder certificate, as it has been over two decades since my mother was employed, and the bank's records are only kept for five years due to legal requirements. I have submitted all necessary documents to Jessica, but I have not received adequate support in resolving this situation. The response has been disappointing. Without the shareholder certificate, we have been informed that no payments can be processed, which leaves us at a standstill. What is particularly concerning is that there has been no follow-up regarding this case for over a year. Just yesterday, I submitted the best documentation possible without receiving an acknowledgment from you. As a claims advocate, I understand the complexities involved in these processes. However, it is disheartening to see my elderly parents struggle with these claims due to unclear procedures. I sincerely hope that we can work together to find a solution to this problem. Good day I am very much dissapointed I'm Alexander Forbes way of handling my kids father's funds They took a whole 3 months to sign a resolution and when one ask what the turn around time is for them They advise they cannot confirm as its lying with the trustees Every company has a internal turn around time and has to keep up with SLA One department must know what the next department is doing Simply having the response from one of your claims handlers staying she does not know is not very professional Mr Manana is almost 2 years late I went through the same experience with Momentum and they done everything within 6 weeks with trust funds being setup for the kids As advised kids needs to be taken care of Kind regard Jennifer Kern
I would like to extend my gratitude to one of your consultants Aubrey Motimele who done a sterling job with assisting me with my Medical Aid application he really went out of his way to assist me I am very big on customer service and he went over an above board to get it activated within less then 12 hours he had patience every time I asked him to call me back even the after service call was very warm from his side I honestly did not just feel like a lead to him but a client in need of changing her plan ,effortless and pain free ,one can hear the smile on the other end of the call when speaking to him He is truly appreciated from my side and won't hesitate to refer friends and family members to him PS,Please let others know of him you have a Gem in your team I wish him all the best
@ PGA Attorneys your service is the worst I have been battling to get my kids maintenance claim approved You guys are very unprofessional and very rude both the directors and staff don't know how to speak to clients or handle complaints instead you get into argument's with clients instead of handing the complaint I have sent numerous emails to both Phindile and the director Prashnee Govender and both is yet to respond on the matter they are handling I have voiced my frustration to both but yet no one is yet to respond since September every week they keep promising they will update me on the Manana estate but fail to do so You have no empathy or remorse in servicing your clients, as previously stated in my emails I have a very ill child and is in need of medical attention, instead when I call or sent a email you guys don't respond when I call I get told to lower my voice as a mother its rather disappointing to deal with this whilst taking care of a ill child As per Phindile a maintenance claim takes up to 21 days for claim to be paid yet till today no one can give me clarity on the case I would not refer or suggest that anyone uses this firm regarding estate late cases or any case for that matter if the director herself cannot avail herself that would say a lot about the firm itself I have in the interim also filed a complaint at the law society regarding this case and the service I've been getting About a week ago me and one of the staff members got into a screaming match over me voicing my frustration yet again till today no response from Phindile and Prashnee I even took to their Facebook page to try and have this matter resolved but with no luck Again I urge people not to make use of their services Kind regards Jennifer Kern
Good day Please assist with my claim which was summit on the 20th of September already I submitted a list for my kids and the laptop that was originally sent with the qoute was not paid out I cannot wait another 10 days you guys turn around time is long over due as I had to resent the request last week the 14th October when the request was sent in September already can we please have this resolved as my son has coding classes at school

Multichoice is honestly terrible the response I am getting from you guys with Regards to my moms account is pathetic 12 consultants responses are terrible can a manager contact me with regards to query 61637046 or will take it to the complaints commissioner I need the consultants also to be dealt with no Joy they respond as they see fit
Mutlichoice keeps messing up my billing every month without fail i encounter a problem with amounts and debit dates Last month i requested the date to be amended to the 15th of each month and was told to pay cash which i did now my services is suspended again and i keep on having to pay reconnection fees I am a pensioner and don't have extra to pay each and every time Today I called for them to deduct the money as its available in my account they said they can deduct only on weekdays but today is a Friday I need my services reconnected asap i cannot keep standing in long ques to make payments My contact number is 0694302403
