I ordered sneakers for my daughter on 25/11/2025, it took them almost a month to deliver. On the 19th of December I called them to cancel the order, got a call from them telling me that they’re on their way to deliver my order. I informed them that I had cancelled the order. I’m now struggling to get my refund from them, evertime I call them they tell me that they still waiting for the item to be returned by their in-house courier. I will never use their services again because they are not reliable
I curse the day I accepted a call from on air to😡😡😡. The agent misled me, I cancelled the deal but they still debited me. That was in September , I waited for almost a month for a refund. I sent numerous requests to cancel the debit order. They debited again end October, I’m still waiting for that refund. Today they debited my account again and I’ll have to wait for a month for them to refund my money. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism.

I WAS IN THE QUEUE FROM 3AM, I WAS THE 10TH PERSON. THERE WERE PEOPLEWHO WERE QUEUEING FOR PEOPLE THAT WERE IN BED AT THEIR HOMES, 1 PERSON SQUEEZE MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE AND CHARGE THEM R100 EACH. THE OFFICE WAS OPENED AT 8:00. THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL, I HAD TO WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS ASSISTED. THE AGENTS WERE CHATTING TO EACH OTHER. THE ONE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ASSISTING ME WAS DISCUSSING HER PERSONAL ISSUES, TELLING THE OTHERS ABOUT HER BOYFRIEND'S CAR THAT HAD A MACHANICAL BREAKDOWN AND REQUIRED R9000. THE ENTIRE STAFF WERE ON THEIR FEET LISTENING TO HER. WHEN SHE FINALLY DECIDED TO GO THROUGH MY PAPERWORK, SHE TOOK 5 MINUTES TO GO THROUGH EACH PAGE AS SHE WAS STILL DISCUSSING HER PERSONAL ISSUES. I WAS SENT TO THE POLICE STATION TO GO STAMP AN AFFIDAVIT AND WAS ALSO REFERRED TO COURT FOR A DIVORCE DECREE. I DROVE TO MITCHELL'S PLAIN, UPON ARRIVAL WITH THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS I WAS ADVISED TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY SINCE IT IS LATE. MIND YOU THE THIME WAS 11:28. THE STAFF DOESN'T HAVE NAME TAGGS(WHY)? I ASKED FOR A SUPERIOR AND WAS ADVISED THAT HE IS NOT AVAILABLE. ASKED FOR HIS NAME AND WAS ADVISED THAT HE IS MR MANGCOBA. IN THE SAME QUEUE THERE'S AN LADY THAT SHE WAS HERE THE DAY BEFORE AND WAS TOLD TO COME THE FOLLOWING DAY WHICH TODAY. TODAY SHE WAS REQUESTED AN AFFIDAVIT, SHE WAS ALSO TOLD TO COME BACK ON MONDAY. SHE'S COMING FROM FAR, SHE'S UNEMPLOYED, WHERE IS SHE SUPPOSED TO GET THE MONEY TO COME TO HOME AFFAIRS 3 DAYS IN A ROW??? IS THIS THE BEST DHA CAN DO? EMPLOYING *********** STAFF? WHAT HAPPENED TO EMPHATY AND UBUNTU? WHY ARE WE VOTING KANTI IF WE'RE STILL GETTING THIS KIND OF SERVICE. THIS NEEDS TO BE URGENTLY ADDRESSED!!!!!!!
I'm only giving 1 star there's no 0 star option. Delta Coaches should be discontinued. The drivers are so rude, have no respect for passengers. I took a bus from Cape Town to Pretoria on 11/09/2025, I have never experienced a service that bad in my entire life😓 the bus was dirty. Infact dirty is an understatement, it was a ***sty. The windows were broken, imagine traveling at night in a bus like that and on top of that the bus had no heater. Because I booked a return ticket I had to return with their bus again, same rude driver and a different partner than the one he was with when we traveled down to Pretoria. Both drivers were Zimbabweans(very unprofessional and dirty🤮). They only stopped once or twice through the entire journey. They stopped in the middle of nowhere for a woman to ease herself on an open field because they did not stop at the garages. I am diabetic, I had to pee in an ice cream container because I couldn't hold it anymore coz when I went to the driver's to let them know that I needed to ease myself I was told to wait until they get to the garage that was about 15 minutes away. IMAGINE HAVING TO PULL MY PANTS DOWN INFRONT OF STRANGERS😭😭😭😭
I went to KFC Bellville on 31/07/2024. I was assisted by a cashier caller Noluvo or Nolupho. I had to ask another agent for her name, the attitude she gave me🥺 bad is an under statement😭. 1stly we got to the till, there's no one. We waited and chatted while waiting, she comes to the till and just stood there without greeting. I turned around to ask if she was ready for us, she just nodded so I gave her the voucher number because I was buying with a voucher. She asked what she must do with the voucher number and I told her I was buying then she told me I first place an order. I was very shocked by her attitude so I said Yhooo, she still had the nerve to ask what the problem was. I said no I'm talking to myself, she continued with her stinking attitude. After she was done she didn't even say thank you she just placed my invoice in front of me. I asked her if she was done serving us she said yes. She removed the part of the invoice with her information and the restaurants contact details. Ouwww forgot to mention that the whole time she was chewing a gum😩
I TOOK OUT A WIFI CONTRACT WITH VODACOM. THE DEAL WAS UNCAPPED, FEW MONTHS LATER I GOT A CALL SAYING IT WAS NO LONGER UNCAPPED. IT CHANGED FROM UNCAPPED TO HOME INTERNET 600GB AT 10MBPS. IN JAN 2024 I RECEIVED A CALL OFFERING ME A BETTER DEAL WITH THE SAME PREMIUM, I WAS UPGRADED FROM 10MBPS TO 20MBPS. I ACCEPTED THE DEAL, ONLY TO LEARN THAT MY DATA WAS DOWNGRADED FROM 600GB TO 400GB. WHAT KIND OF AN UPGRADE IS THAT? VODACOM IS A ****!!!! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, WHEN I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE 😡😡😡😡💔💔💔💔. I CALLED USING A COLLEAGUE'S NUMBER, SPOKE TO LUNGI (FROM AFTER SALE) WHO REFUSED TO PROVIDE HER SURINAME🙆♀️ I ASKED HER TO CALL ME BACK SINCE I WAS CALLING SOMEONE'S PHONE, SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WON'T BE ABLE TO CALL ME RIGHT AWAY AS THEY'RE EXPERIENCING HIGH CALL VOLUMES. ASKED TO TELL HER MANAGER THAT SHE'S GOT AN IRRATE CUSTOMER WHO'S BEEN TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THEM FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. SHE SAID SORRY "I CAN'T"..... TO VODACOM if this is what you call "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE" hay you don't know how to treat customers. Do you know what "TCF" is?
I ordered a drop in sink from takealot, what was delivered was not a drop in sink. I logged a return a month ago, till now they haven't collected it. I've made several calls to them with no luck. I had to buy a new sink since I was doing my kitchen cupboards. They keep on canceling and rescheduling the collection. I need my money back and I can only get it once they collect. I honestly don't know what more to as I spoke to more than 5 agents who promises to escalate the matter and nothing happens. I asked to their superior and they always tell me they will arrange a callback but I don't receive any call
Went to collect my parcel at Pep khayelitsha, got to their store at 12:40. Their doors were already closed. The security refused to let people in telling us that we must come the following day. If the store closes at 1pm why were their doors closed at 12:40? I googled their closing time before going and it showed 1pm. I wasted my time and petrol.
I'M SO DISGUSTED WITH THE PATHETIC SERVICE I GOT FROM VODACOM AT SANLAM IN BELLEVILLE AND VODACOM DURBANVILLE. I BOUGHT EARPHONES AT A VODACOM SHOP AT SANLAM ON 24 JULY 2023, I TOOK THEM BACK TODAY BECAUSE THE OTHER SIDE WAS NOT WORKING. I WAS TOLD THAT CASH WERE NOT ALLOWED AND WAS GIVEN A NEW. WHEN I GOT TO MY DESK THE 2ND PAIR ALSO WAS ONLY PLAYING ONE SIDE. WENT BACK AGAIN AND TOLD THEM I NO LONGER WANT THE EARPHONES COZ CLEARLY THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH THE BRAND. THE STORE MANAGER PETRO LEE TESTED A THIRD PAIR AND IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS THE OTHER 2, SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND TELLING ME THAT SHE CAN EXCHANGE THEM WITH ANOTHER BRAND WHICH IS R20 MORE. WHEN I TOLD HER I DON'T HAVE R20, SHE SAID SHE NEEDS TO SEND MY SLIP TO VODACOM DURBANVILLE FOR AN AUTHORIZATION TO DO THE REFUND. I ASKED HER TO LET ME SPEAK TO HER HEAD OFFICE (VODACOM DURBANVILLE) SHE SAID SHE CAN'T. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I CANNOT WORK WITHOUT EARPHONES THAT'S WHY I CANNOT WAIT FOR DAYS FOR THE REFUND, I NEED TO BUY A NEW PAIR. I ASKED FOR THEIR HEAD OFFICE CONTACT NUMBER. CALLED THE HEAD OFFICE (VODACOM DURBANVILLE) AND THE LADY THAT PICKED UP THE PHONE DIDN'T INTRODUCE HERSELF AND WHEN I ASKED WHO I WAS SPEAKING SHE ASKED WHO I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH AN ATTITUDE. SHE CALLED SOMEONE TO THE PHONE(I STILL DIDN'T KNOW HER NAME). I THEN SPOKE TO A LADY WHO INTRODUCED HERSELF AS COLLEEN AND WHEN I ASKED HER WHAT HER POSITION WAS SHE SAID IT'S THE COMPLAINS DPT. I TOLD HER WHAT MY COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT, SHE PROMISED TO CALL ME AFTER 5 MINUTES. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR HER CALL FOR THE PAST 20 MINUTES.......
