I would like to write a review about King Price Insurances Special thanks to lady Sindy Matsimbi, she helped adjust my monthly premiums, that put a smile on my face this morning.
The drivers do not care about the comfort of passengers, the buses are extremely cold at night, drivers do not even care.
I missed my bus because the person working in the office does not tell people where to board the bus, normally we board the bus infront of the Intercape office, but now it has changed, the bus is boarded by McDonald's side, you will not even see the bus if you are waiting by Intercape office. Also when you buy the ticket online, they do not specify where exactly you should wait for the bus.
The bus took forever to arrive in Gauteng, left Bellville at 19h30 and arrived in JHB at 18h30, the bus was supposed to arrive at 14h30 in Pretoria, the bus died on the way, it couldn’t go up a hill..what a disappointment for Greyhound

I would actually give these pathetic scammers a 0 rating if it was possible. When these people see that you're almost done paying for your account, they start calling and sending emails so that they charge you R20 per call and per email, they call you and make sure they send you an email to remind you to pay. Even when they see that you have been paying I used to owe them R7000, they never bothered me, few months later, I was only left with R1500, then they started calling me and sending me emails, so that I can owe them more. If you think of joining tfg, do not, pay in cash for your items, they're rubbish.
They first ignored my request to not continue with their pathetic service when my contract of three years expires, I now had to chase after them to make sure that they cancel, I gave them them 7 weeks notice, but yet they still debited from my account. I have never missed a payment. Even even I joined netstar in October 2018, I paid for the October month. 2nd issue, I changed cars, fine they charged me for removing the device from the old car into the new car, but then, they charged me R29 a month on top of the R225 of which I was paying for the device that's in the new car, the R29 when I look at the invoice, is for the old car, so why charge me R29 monthly for a unit that's no longer in the old car, but it is now in the new car, on top of that, I still pay my subscription fee of R225 monthly??? How does this make sense? The unit started giving issues in the old car, I called them so many times to come have a look at it, they have never dispatched a Technician to come have a look!
Bad customer service. My unit keeps sending false alarms, when I call them to complain, all they say is, we will reset, they never even sent a technician to come have a look
Vodabucks, I tried to redeem my vodabucks points, they took my points and I also had to pay money for my product, it was never delivered. It was actually a meal. When I call the Vodacare, they keep transferring me to the wrong department.
