All I’m asking is for the group to pay the beneficiaries (or third party)at least on the last day of the month, the third party payer says you guys don’t send the payment on time, it’s the 9th of March and we still have not received our kids maintenance money, how are we supposed to feed your employees kids as single parents, please do the right thing.
Think twice before switching your salary to Fnb, I recently joined Fnb again and I was not told about outstanding fica that needed until this morning when I got an sms that my funds have been paid however when I log in I was on a R0 balance. Fixed Fica and was told that my funds will reflect in an hour, still no funds almost 2 hours later!!!! I need my money now Fnb this is unacceptable, my kids and I are strunded.
What a horrible experience with this company, even when you tell them that your life depends on the paid up letter they simply do not care. May i please get my paid up letter. Everyday im told before end of business even getting the settlement letter was a problem, imagine how much business you are losing!
I had to beg for a settlement letter, now I'm on my knees for a paid up letter
I have been handed over by Nedbank (rightfully so) for my credit card. Now i just want to settle my account with a consolidation loan that i have not even fully qualified for on all my debts. The other creditors have given me the settlement letters and their offers are about to expire because we are waiting for someone at Nedbank to approve the motivation letter i have sent for the discount i requested. Im a single mom of 3,all i ask for is someone to respond. This letter was sent over a week ago.
Im so disappointed with Standard bank, i was sold a dream. On Prestige and i was promised at the branch that within 5 working days my points worth R5000. 00 will reflect on my Ucount. The Ucount alone is a nightmare, ive been registered twice for ucount however the can also not be actived on the app, when i cal agents will drop calls on me. My first impressions are not so good, i was promised a banker till today i dont have one. Please dix my ucount and allocate my points!
Why can you not update my status that im not handed over, you cant even provide me with a letter confirming that my contract is paid to date, i cant apply for credit because of this. Your call center keeps on transferring me everywhere!!!!!
Dear Homechoice This time im begging you to bring my printer please, my son is missing out on some of the activities i need to print out on the printer i ordered. Please let me know what i need to do for you to deliver my orders. It's been 30 days since i placed the order, tomorrow will mark exactly 1 month. I'll do anything to get my order okay, my son is strugling here. Please dont say you are sorry, let me know what you will do.
I called on the 22nd to follow up on my order i placed of the 1st and the other one on the 7, it is way over the turn around time and i was told that i would receive feedback within 24hrs, still waiting for the feedback and my items 22 days later.
