Hollard said that the payment of the policy will be made in last week, this current week are almost over and I haven't received anything. To sort it out telephonically also doesn't help, as it's just empty promises.
I have been contacting Wesbank since 14 October 2025 regarding an urgent issue and still haven't received any feedback. When I call the person assigned to the case he either doesn't answer the calls or when on another call, he will call me back... But he doesn't. The customer service of Wesbank is a disappointment.
Bought a car at Arnold Motors in Klerksdorp. The salesman gave the wrong spare car for the car, the reverse of the car isn't working correctly, but he stated that it is normal for this brand of car and he didn't mention that the car isn't accident free and sold it just like that with the dent in the boot. Now, after reporting all this and getting a report from Renault to confirm the above mentioned the salesman only reads messages and doesn't answer any calls. Very poor and disappointing service from such a big brand. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
How are you supposed to see if the item that you ordered ONLINE is the item that you want without opening the package? I bought a stroller online at Babies R Us, but it wasn't what I wanted. Upon returning they said that I can't get a cash refund because it has been opened. Even though everything was still in its original packaging inside the box and it has been sealed again. This is not a fair return policy.
I sent Medihelp an email regarding claims on Monday, 13 January 2025 already, with follow-up emails on 15, 16 as well as 20 January and I still have NO reply from them. This is definitely poor customer service and would be a motivation to change my medical aid.
Been struggling since last year November to get the unit removed from my car that's being sold. I paid the amount as requested and everytime I contact Netstar, they have a different excuse of why it's not been removed. And everytime they say that a technician will attend to the matter. Really poor customer service as I have to wait 3 months to get any kind of service.
I settled my loan amount for my vehicle in the beginning of November 2023. Now the car dealership request the registration papers for transfer of ownership and Standard Bank refuses to send it to him without a confirmation letter of the settlement. But since the transaction I didn't receive any confirmation of settlement from their side. Don't know how they are doing business in such a way.
Skynet delivered my new Vodacom contract on the 21st of December 2023. Today, 08 January 2024 I still cannot use my sim card due to Skynet not handing in the required papers to Vodacom to RICA and activate the sim cards on their side, upon delivery. Certainly not a courier company to recommend.
I settled my loan amount completely with Standard Bank to pay my vehicle according to their settlement quote that's valid until 22 November. Now I still owe them a huge amount that I don't know how they do their calculations.
Reported a ***** case to Tymebank on 11 October 2023. It's already 2 weeks later and I have no response from them. Not from the service or the ***** team. This is definitely a place that doesn't take customer service and ***** seriously! So disappointed.
