<p>Good day to you,</p> <p> </p> <p>I write this to you with absolute anger and disgust. A good friend of mine and colleagues close friend was hijacked today at the BP service station on Bowling Avenue in the Morningside/Gallo Manor area.</p> <p> </p> <p>This happened to her while she was filling up, the hijackers jumped into her car and tried to harm her, with attendants and staff around... how this was not stopped is beyond me.... She reported it to the owner of the station who completely brushed her off and then proceeded to tell her this happens all the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this has happened more than once why the hell has something not been done about it?!?!?! It is beyond, unacceptable and I will make sure every single person I know avoids and boycotts this BP.</p> <p> </p> <p>For further information you can contact Tammy on 082 ********** or myself during working hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>WE ARE HORRIFIED</p>
<p>On Sunday 29 May, we decided to go through to Sloane Meat Market, needless to say it was utterly disappointing. We had parked in the Epsom Downs and shopping centre and noticed Country Meat so we decided to have a look. We spent a good 10 minutes browsing your unbelievable selection of meat. We grabbed a basket and started shopping. With friendly staff offering us assistance (again) to the awesome selection of meats we did our meat shop for the week. Tonight we had the skinny lamb sausages which were tender, delicious and flavoursome. The only disappointing thing is now they are finished and we just want more :). Looking so forward to cooking the other yummy looking goodies we bought. You will definitely see us again! </p>
Good Morning, <br> <br> It really saddens me to write this complaint as I am normally very happy with the service given at your Bowling Avenue Branch.<br> <br> I went in this morning to get myself some bottled water, when I went to pay the one lady behind the counter was browsing through a magazine I greeted her and she ignored me and called another lady to help me. While she continued to read her magazine.<br> <br> I greeted the next Lady and I didn't so much as get a hello... The card machines seemed to not be working and I had to go draw some cash. I had received no apologies for the inconvenience. It is just very disappointing because your petrol attendants are great! <br>
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Renew-It in Sandton. A few weeks ago I had a car accident and my car was towed to Renew-It. First thing the next morning, I got a call from Retha at Renew-It to say they had my car. <br> <br> She was always was very helpful when I called to find out if my insurance had called and when the assessments will be done. Within the next few days, my car went for repairs. I was informed via SMS and email that I could check the progress of my vehicle on the @yourservice website, which is an awesome way for customers to keep track of their progress. The only unfortunate experience I had was I had left a couple of messages for Kyle and my calls weren't returned. Which wasnt too much of a bother as I got constant smses updating me on my car. The estimated time my car would be ready was 1 October, I picked it up on Saturday 26 September, which was great!!<br> <br> The staff who was working from your security guard to the ladies at reception everyone was very helpful. I am really impressed with the level of service I received. My car looks new :) <br> <br> Thank you again!
I regularly use the Sasol Garage across the street from the BP on Bowling Avenue. Today I decided to use the BP as it was the more convenient of the two. My regular garage will now be the BP after the FANTASTIC service i received today. To start, I received a very friendly greeting by the petrol assistant (unfortunately i did not get his name). I told him how much petrol I wanted and he asked if he could check oil, water and my tyres. I told him to go ahead. When checking my tyres, he came back to my window to inform me that I had a nail stuck in my tyre. He asked if I could get out my car to have a look, he tested it with water and asked if they could remove the nail and fill it for me, i asked the price &
Yesterday Sunday 17 May, I did a system upgrade of my Sony Xperia Z2, once the upgrade was complete, and I turned on my phone the Vodacom Protect Screen came up. The only place I had saved my code was on my mom's phone which had no battery and couldn't charge because of loadshedding. I called Customer Care and Zama took my call, unfortunately she was unable to help as it was a Sunday afternoon and the people who could assist were not on duty, she explained how to do it manually and she would call me in the morning to see if I came right. When I got to work this morning, I had a missed call from a number I did not recognise, Zama had left a voicemail for me asking if everything was OK. I was disappointed to have missed the call because I wanted to say a very BIG thank you to her. It's not often a call centre agent calls you back to make sure everything is ok.<br> <br> Thank you Zama!!!
I just wanted to say thank you to Food Lovers Market in Norwood. I wish I got the name of the cashier who assisted me today. It was about 12.30/45 at counter 16 (cigarette counter). She was just very lovely and friendly. I didnt have the greatest start to this day, but she really turned it around for me. <br> <br> I often buy my lunch at the Food Lovers in Norwood as I work close by, it is a fantastic place to shop and their deli section is always filled with yummy goodness:). I frequent the one at the Wedge as I live closer to that one and it is no where near as good as Norwood. I always feel welcomed in the Norwood store, from the security guards to the managers that walk around. <br> <br> Your sandwiches are always fresh and great tasting and as I mentioned above, I've recently discovered your deli foods. Your Greek selection is the best, (dolmades, calamata olives and tzatziki are my absolute best). <br> <br> I really commend all the staff at this store. <br> <br> People are always so quick to complain about bad service that I thought I would take the time to compliment great service. <br> <br> Anyway thanks again!!<br> <br> Looking forward to my next food lovers lunch :)
