I have reached the agent And he called me but for confirming the viewing I was ignored. No phone call no messages responding. If at the beginning agent treat you in unprofessional way how I can trust them to place any offer ?? Wanderboy Sibanda. Is not qualified to sell your property...

Mac and things froud
It is,very scary that FNB has no security, OTP or other protection for their clients! My account went through froud on 9th Feb Without any notification, OTP generation or ect By a **** call MAC AND THINGS ,that I never authorized them . When I call FNB they pretend they are not aware of it and it's my fault! For money reversal they have to investigate??? But I am not the only victim to this status. And they know it . I was told to cancel my card to a new one And they going to charge me for that however it's totally their fault not protecting my account. Very disappointed and going to change my bank after 8 years .

Poor delivery
Very poor service I was expecting an urgent package, the driver called when he was at the gate I was at shower asked him to deliver the package to my security at work only one minute away from my address, he ignored and returned the package immediately. I called the office instead of apology, with very rudeness attitude they responded maybe you get your package in 48hours if you lucky! Very unprofessional and inconvenient

Very poor service
I have bought my vehicle 10 days ago They forced me to pay immediately without any inspection on the car ,the mealage was 2000km more than what mentioned in offer to purchase after receivingthe car ,the Matt was torn off and the replacement was in different size ,taken from other model and not fitted. Every day it slips under my feet and reminds me how BMW can be poor and disabled to make the client happy even after send them feedback directly!

Happy and satisfied
I had a great experience at Mit-Mac motors. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and after sale supports, Marc the manger was so patient and addressed all my concerns , Ronnie my sale man very polite and friendly and on top of that the CEO of company is so helpful however he is very busy but he spends time to reply and makes the client happy .and attention-to-detail was very professional. I highly recommend this dealership

Food never arrived
I am so disappointed with their service, no email address no contact number for customers service is provided to reassure the customers. I ordered my food and literally at the delivery point ,driver reported as delivered.,however it never arrived and I was not informed. Simply stolen and I was rated as received .I don't care if they going to refund my money after 3 to 10 days .how about that guilty driver ? Seriously ? How it could happen? No food arrived and driver disappeared.
