Trust Nedbank to ask you to visit a branch for fica, and when you make time to visit the branch they explain that the people that are available do not know how to update fica for clients,that time you prioritised your time and petrol money to visit the branch….wonders shall never end,in my mind I’m like,you are the ones sending me smses to urgently visit the branch.A guy that works there even asked if I can come some other time
So this company called hey traveller, I was supposed to travel with my friends to Mozambique in January 2022, I had paid my full amount and ready to go but unfortunately 3 days before the trip my father passed away. I was going through the most at that time because of the death of my father so my friends communicated with the agency on my behalf and made sure they send a screen shot of every communication, the guy had no remorse as if a person dying is something that is planned, we asked him if we can get someone to replace me he said no, in fact he requested that I leave the WhatsApp group we had for communication.The thing is before I paid they said there is a 700 deposit, so I’m aware that 700 must be deducted from the amount I paid, we tried to negotiate with them that seeing that they are refusing to refund my money excluding the deposit, why not arrange a trip then I will only have to pay the difference…now he is ignoring my calls, blue tick on WhatsApp and not responding to any of my messages, so I need assistance on how to go about this issue from, where do I report this company, how do I get my refund, at this point I’m nolonger interested in their trips as I have fear….what if I arrange a trip and then have unforeseen circumstances that will stop me from going on a trip, they behave like they have never lost a loved one or maybe they don’t know that death exists….at some point I thought to myself maybe they should loose someone close and dear to them before the biggest trip …but then I thought to myself, I am not God, the one who gives and takes life and most importantly I am not as selfless as they are, for a company that works with people to render such services, I mean, people should know that paying this company upfront is shooting yourselves in the foot because tomorrow is not promised, you don’t know what will happen tomorrow and unfortunately they don’t care.
On the 24th of January 2022,I lost a loved one, and as a member of two mountains funeral services I expected my claim to be paid on time but unfortunately it took over a week,so I went to polokwane branch to enquire about my claim,where I got assisted by Phethego Ramatlho at Polokwane branch.She kept on checking on me time and again and assured me that it was just a technical error and all will go well even though I was not so friendly with her. I also took out all my frustration on two mountains consultant Calvin Mehlape because he is the one who helped me join so because I was angry I blamed him for recruiting me… I further laid a complain on hello Peter because the claim was taking too long. I would like to applaud and appreciate Phethego and calvin for their great service. I finally received my claim and I would like to apologise to them as they were very good and remained calm and professional.They continued to serve with a smile and trusted in the company that they work for,and because of that I am proud to say that I am very happy with the service I got,I love two mountains and I will continue being a member of two mountains forever….HALALA TWO MOUNTAINS HALALA
I have had a policy with two mountain,I even decided to stay with them when we were told they are parting ways with Holland,and I did as they said and started a new policy of which they are the underwriters,last week I submitted a claim and I was told I will receive the funds within 48 hours,it’s two weeks later they are still telling me I will receive the claim in 48hrs,and I’m not getting any help from any department of two mountain,all I want to know is will they pay or not and I’m not getting any answers,I have never been so disappointed in my life,I trusted two mountain so much that I recruited all my colleagues and they joined,today the same person I am the 1 telling them how frustrating it is to have a policy with two mountain
I ordered groceries using the 60sixty app and to my surprise as I track the driver it says my groceries have been delivered but I did not receive any groceries,don't they call the cellphone number to confirm if they are lost,I'm also disappointed that I sent emails to notify them but there is no response,called all the checkers supermarkets around town with no help and finally when I call the correct store which is checkers savanna mall,I'm told that the 60sixty team with call me back and I have been waiting for a call since,how can I get assistance in this scenario,I am really out of options,please assist
On monday 22nd of June I went to Ackermans in polokwane corner Landros Mare and Grobbler street,ok centre to buy a pair of shoes,I stood In a long queue with 1 cashier serving,when i got to the cashier the shoes i was buying did not have a price,the cashier called out for help with the price and it turned out the other pairs of shoes did not have a price attached as well,so the cashier said to me there is no price for the shoes,what should i do,i asked her why are you asking me and how do you have the shoes on shelves if they dont have a price in the 1st place,I also don't know how to get the price,she then called a guy by the name of Jacob,who did not greet,did not apologize for the inconvenience but instead said to her in my presence ,what do you expect me to do,how will we sell the shoes without a price,simply tell her she cant buy them,I left the store without the shoes and that pair was the only size left,my heart was so broken
