I honestly have only had the best experiences with Outsurance in the last +-5 years I've been with them. I've had to claim twice, and on both occasions I've been completely stunned by how efficient, friendly and just all-round AMAZING they are. They have sorted my claims out at lightning speed and have honestly just made working with them an absolute breeze. I can highly recommend Outsurance for your insurance needs.
It is nice not to have to think about what to cook occasionally, and Ucook does the thinking for you. I have also noticed that when it comes to costs and feeding two people, we save a little bit of money by ordering Ucook meals!
So we were pretty excited to enjoy a nice dinner with family here as my cousins highly recommended this place. It looks awesome from the outside and we were initially welcomed in with warmth and good customer service apon making a booking. (we first tried to phone but the number was dead so we decided walk down to the restaurant at 3pm) I spoke to 3 people and was directed to the managers office to make our booking for 6pm that evening. She told us that we don't need to make a booking as they only take bookings for 6ppl or more but we shouldn't worry that we are only 4 ppl as we will definitely get a table. So we arrive at 6, quite excited, just to see that they've blocked off the entrance. So I go up to the lady and ask her what's going on.. "no its fully booked and only people with bookings can enter" I tell her that we spoke to the manager and she said we can come at 6,so the lady let's me in to speak to another lady. This other lady was SO FLIPPING Rude and gaslighting me at every turn. I mentioned very politely that we couldn't book but was told we'll get a table and she just cut me off and escorted me out with an attitude that was very much like "f*ck off I don't care about what you have to say, get out now you're irritating me" she basically chased away 3 other groups that were there waiting as well. (the place wasn't busy, the tables were empty and the excuse was that they are short staffed because of the holidays. Boxing day was the previous day, this day wasn't even a holiday. Plus most restaurants were jam packed because people wanted to get out after Christmas and boxing day. So I smell lies. Don't make promises and then chase me away like a dirty dog.) you clearly had something dodgy happening back there and I'm glad we didn't eat there. Sies. Shame on you.
EcoHub delivered my package within 2/3 days. It came in great condition and the product I bought is the absolute best. The product i bought was also sold for R200 less than all the other sites I've been monitoring over the last year

I waited a month for a phone I spent close to 10k for and now I get told "oh sorry its out of stock" this is unacceptable. And I expect you guys to make a plan. I specifically purchased this phone on black Friday for the amazing discount. I cannot afford a phone in that price range so for you to tell me you cant help me a MONTH LATER is not a good enough excuse and I don't accept it. Make a plan, I don't care how, that's not my problem! I was phoning and emailing you guys for WEEKS and this is the final response... Nope, no ways, not happening. Any person reading this comment, STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS STORE.
POOR SERVICE!!!!! It's been 2 months since my order was split and only one half arrived. Oh and guess what, the order was all from the same manufacturer, so why they had to split it? I don't know.. BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD A PEEP!! Also, and this is so funny, I can't track the order, even though I've told them, and you know what customer service did? They jest reforwarded me their ****ing automated response and basically didn't help me at all. I also got angry about another order that was taking forever, and because i got angry at them, they then quickly moved their feet and got the **** delivered the next day...BUT WAIT...there's more......they half-assed the order, and gave me the wrong ****ing product!!! Oh and I've been emailing them for 2 weeks now and NOTHING! You know what. I'm cancelling this **** and I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND A ****ING SINCERE APOLOGY because this **** doesn't fly. Your automated emails are a bunch of nonsense. How can ALL THE OTHER places deliver on time, or keep us updated but you guys don't? And you guys are ****** expensive for a place with discounts so I expect good service! Cheers, ****ing disappointment of a place.
To be honest, the people on Hello Peter scared me and so I asked for a refund. Yes, I also didn't know that the products would be coming from another country and the website's domain (.co.za) is very misleading! BUT guys, I just saw someone that was a happy customer, from South Africa, and they ALSO got a refund for paying customs, now I wish I saw that review earlier because I would've considered keeping my order. BUT I just want to say, guys, if you ordered and now you see all these bad reviews and you worry you've made a bad decision and you cancel the order (Like I did), it's going to be fine! Fruugo cancelled, processed and refunded me within 3-14 days. I am writing this review so that you can feel at ease that you will get your money back. And guys, I didn't phone anyone or anything like that, I simply accessed my order (on desktop - I couldn't log in on mobile) and then I commented on my order and asked if I could have it cancelled. They tried to phone me! But my truecaller blocked them for some reason so I only saw the missed call. Anyway, a day or so later I received my emails stating that the order was cancelled and a few days after that i got my money! One thing i would like to ask Fruugo, is please make sure your payments do OTPs, I think that was the one thing that instantly scared me off, when my payment just went through without the OTP step, making me think this was a scam and then leading me to this page and scaring me off even more.
