I'm trying to send a parcel, the website is not very user-friendly i asked for help on the website chat option and just was not helped then i tried to get help on their whatsapp line and that was even worse.
was at Cash Crusaders Primrose about 2 weeks ago.. they had a combo with speakers and a amp for R5100.00 i ask the lady for how long is the special as i have to save for it due to the fact tha i don't have work(idea is that i buy it for my husband for Christmas). Today i went there to get my hubby's gift with a terrible disappointment that it now cost R7999.00. I tried to get someone to assist me and the sales man is not of any help at all.....i eventually left and went back later with the same guy trying to help me but he still is of no help , all he can say is just wait i will be back now after waiting for so long i insisted to speak to the manager and a guy come saying he is the manager there after another guy came and also claiming that he is the manager......i feel that the whole lot of them at the Primrose branch is *********** and *******. There way of doing business is terrible and not honest. Stay away from Cash Crusaders Primrose
I have placed an order and by accident ordered the wrong size. With a big struggle i manage to send them an e-mail to cancel the order so that i can correct it with a new order. It was told to me that i can not cancel the order and that i must wait for the item to be delivered then send it back and when they credit my account place a new order. This is not acceptable because then i have to pay twice for delivery and the items will only be delivered on the 18th of July as it is so when will i then receive the items... it will then be to late as i need the items asap for a function. You can not phone takealot as there is no contact numbers available. I really hope this complaint will reach the correct people so that this problem can be resolved.
The service is absolutely horrible, every day now from about 14:00 we have no network. I had an emergency today and not even be able to make a phone call. Every day i lose data due to the fact that i buy daily bundels an can not even use my data midnight it expires and i lose. Your service is up to no good is that how you make your money by taking peoples money when buying data bundles and not give us the opportunity to use our data
I have placed a order and requested same day delivery, i have waited the whole day and did not receive my parcel. This morning i received a message saying that i can expect my delivery today before 17:00, hence i must still pay the extra for same day delivery. This is unacceptable and poor customer service.
I Realy ha a bad experience today at Makro Alberton, i actually felt unwelcome there. Zizi and her "manager" Mary was very unprofessional and can really work on their attitude. They spoke in their language about a price on one of my items that i bought (a soundbar that was out of stock and i had to be happy with the one on the floor obviously with a R100 discount) when i ask what is the problem the manager Mary just walked away and the cashier Zizi answered me like it was to much to ask. While i waited Zizi pushed another costomer in front of me, i then asked her why is she helping him wile i was first and her reply was "he is more of a priority ". After waiting almost an half an hour they finally helped me. When i asked for their names to complain Zizi made a big scene and Mary laughed at my face. These to seems to be very incompetent to do there job professionally. However i must say in November when i spent R100 000 in the same store i was treated like a queen but today i only spent R6000 i was treated like garbage. I will never take my business there again and will not recommend Makro Alberton to anyone.
You come to my house and take your car now you are still taking money from my bank account. When i phoned your accounts department the lady is rude and drop the phone in my ear. Your service is pathetic. I whant my money back
I have bought two puppies from happy tails kennels, hence i have been scammed. This is so low
Service is pathetic and the people at the call center is incompetent to do their job. I phoned twice this morning. I asked how often do they update the app an her answer to me is "i don't know we did not get training on the app". It take 2 days to prepare documents to be printed by the system. Why is there people working there if the system must do all the work. For many many years they were to happy taking money but now that i have resigned and need MY money they take there time. I'm just wondering when they borrowed the government workers pension money left right and centre to escom and all the other institutions dod they also had to wait. This people is useless
How is it posible that I'm holding for more than an hour telephonicaly. Is the people at the call centre competent to do their job.
