We received our 4 fish burgers and large chips from MrD on time, it looked so delicious, and to be fair, the chips were very nice. HOW DO YOU SELL A FISH BURGER WITH BONES?? What if my kids or even us adults had of choked? Why must i dissect my burger before eating it? NO!! if it was maybe one bone in one of the burgers I could maybe understand an error like that, but we all have more than 4 bones each. Rather sell your fish as a piece with a bun on the side, that might make more sense. Really dissapointed :(.

I am so very upset with MTN right now!! I have a MyMTN Home Unc FLTE 10Mbps FUP 500GB 2Mbps. For the past 4/5days I have not had any enjoyment out of this as we are unable to watch movies or download etc.. I have been emailing the customer care line who sent me to the coverage department. I have been told that I have reached my FUP of 400GB, I have clearly stated that my contract states I have a FUP of 500GB, this is also stated on my monthly statement, only to be told that this plan only has 400GB FUP!! so this is false advertising and I am being charged for something I am not able to use. Now that I have sent the statement to them to rectify their error, I hear nothing from them. I have in total only used 411GB and have another 89GB to use before being throttled. This is not on MTN, I have always been behind you. You were my people, don't cheat people out of their usage, please man. fix this!! I am not happy waiting another 3 working days for this investigation, you have already taken 4 days from me.
on the 9th March I requested a downgrade and I received a call from a consultant giving me my new accounts breakdown and I was told that my new account service fee of R99 would come off my account on the 25th, yet I still got charged my previous account service fee of R229 and when I queried this I was told that she could see I requested a downgrade but it had not been done yet, then the telebanker apologised for the convenience and had requested a refund and queried the mistake. Then i was charged another R22.90 and when I queried this I was told that it is a prorate because I downgraded. Oh my word I am so angry with FNB right now. How has the service level decreased so badly?? Why is this happening?
Service level has gone down, such a pity, I would still recommend African Bank and still use them in the future, but if their turn around time is going to get worse, I might have to change my opinion. People are not too worried about the outcome, approved or declined, they just want to know timeously and this is not happening, have they changed their way of doing things because it is very frustrating when you can't get through to the help line as well.
Once again you have proven to be my saving grace!! My own bank would not do for me what you have done. I will spread the word to everyone. African Bank is the bank to bank with.....
"How can we help you?" That is the question FNB asks in every advert. When you drop your pride and go into the bank and ask them for their help, I have been a client for 10yrs, I don't have much complaints about them, because I really have not needed my bank like I do now. A consolidation loan would make my monthly repayments much less and they would still get their money with interest as I have been a very good payer up until today. I have made more debt than I can handle as my situation has changed, but FNB my bank, or any other bank, will not even consider this. I do not understand this process at all. Now I will have to go under debt review and they will loose so much interest if you think about it. Because the debt will take that much longer before it is finished. So sad, but so true.
I am so very angry!! I have funds in my bank so I go to the shop and I swipe, I get a slip saying approved. I get my purchases. Great. NOT GREAT, apparently FNB service fees will take that pending transactions money for themselves and hit you with a service fee for having no funds when making the purchase!!!! HOW on earth!! I have been with FNB for 10yrs, I do however think it is time for a change.
