Food is of a very low standard. Cleanliness and freshness of food also poor. Stayed at the hotel and did not have a car so we had to eat there unless we wanted to Uber. I could not finish any of the meals, it was that bad. Found hair twice in my food. Breakfast also poor. Fruit salad was just topped up since it got more fizzy each day. Lipstick on cup. When they replenish the meats and cheeses they use their uncovered hands after carrying the trays. Disgusting, really. The only thing that was acceptable was the sushi and the views
AVOID!!! If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This company is THE WORST possible ISP out there. There is absolutely NO service. We have long outages at least once a month. Last month it was down for about 10 days. Today we have had no connectivity and they are unreachable via phone or whatsapp.
I though their service was supposed to be better. Cannot do anything without going to a branch. I then requested that my account be closed completely and even for that have to go to a branch. What pathetical service!
Mercedes Benz Insurance have been deducting insurance premiums from my account for a vehicle that was sold 6 years ago. Now they tell me that the small print in the contract states that they will only refund me for 1 of the 6 years.
My Volvo S60 notified me to have my car serviced for the 10000 km service. It notified me again a few weeks ago that I had to book it in for the next service. When I took the car in for the service they told me that I will have to pay for the service (even though I have a service plan) because it had to come in for another service before this time. They said they had no idea why the car did not notify me. Perhaps I am just used to BMW which is technologically superior and who's customer service is MUCH better.
