Had a call from one of your agents. She asked to speak to Mr. Roland Klopper and I said speaking. She then went onto address me as ma'am and I said I am a sir not a Ma'am. I asked her if she had my information in front of her, and she called me ma'am again!!!!! So I put the phone down. I find this extremely disrespectful and blatant **************!!!! /
Went to your Noordheawel branch on Sunday the 24th Sept. I saw Dr, Dikamba. Said to Dr. on Saturday i started feeling sick at work. My eyes cant focus as everything around me is spinning, dont have balance and made me nauseous. I prescribed Penicillin and flu meds. I am not getting better!! I still feel the same. How can you not see that i dont have flu!! I know the Dr. said i dont have ear infection, but it could mean that i have Vertigo!! I am not impressed as it also cost me R1000 with meds!! Will never go back or recommend anyone to go there
This is the second time that my phone will be delivered to the wrong address!! I have complained on your email address for complaints(10213). I have 5 references already, and still not one person has phoned me back!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I upgraded on Monday. I asked the sales lady to make a note that the courier had to phone me for delivery as i work in retail. I also said that i was off on Wed and Thurs but back at work on Friday. Today i got a call from the courier to say there is no one home. When i phoned telkom to ask whats going on, i get such an attidude from the sales lady!! This is not the service that i pay for!! I want my phone today
I sent an email last month to cancel my policy i have with you. To date no one has come back to me. When i phone i am told to email. Thats what i did. I want to cancel it asap
I want to know why you as a company cant give the correct change? Every day when i buy food from a pick n pay i never get the 10cents or 20cents back!! If you do it to me, how much money are you making if you do it to every one every day? I dont think its right when you round things of and then dont give the client that money!!
I am very disappointed in your Sandton Branch. Went there on Sunday to buy a new phone as i saw the adds on the internet. Every single phone i wanted, they didnt have stock of and i was forced to leave with a phone that i didnt really want as it was the only one they had stock of and i am actually not happy with the phone
Got a call from one of your staff members to arrange delivery for my FNB card. She asked if she is speaking to Roland and i said yes. She proceeded with the arrangement and the she said she will make me the alternative contact person. I asked her what she meant by that, and she said that basically she didnt believe me when i said that i am Roland. Now i am very angry about this discrimination that i have to endure by the likes of your staff!!! I had enough!! i will take this further.
I tried phoning FNB Merchants services now to complain that our FNB card machine doesn't want to accept CAPITEC cards. We are losing sales because your card machine doesn't want to accept certain cards!!!!!! This I find unacceptable!!!! Then your staff calls me a woman after I said I am a man!!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So Lebo Tau and Rose Mbanjbni I find it a disgrace that you can so blatantly discriminate against me after I said that I am a man!!! Shame on you FNB!!!!! This is also not the first time that I complain about this!~!!!!
I was promised my card delivery today before 5pm. I spoke to an agent yesterday to confirm everything. Got a sms to say delivery today before 5pm. Nothing and when you phone there is no one answering but the voice prompt says offices hours are until 6pm
