Good day I have a problem with DMC collectors, they have debited in a wrong money in my account, when I try to reverse or refund the money. It's hard for me to get a hold on them... I understand they are collecting but we as customers need to be attended everytime when we need assistance.. because if it's like this no one will take them serious am also not making sure to continue doing payments under them if I can be ignored for more than a week by their consultants. Good day beautiful people Can anyone assist me on what to do next, I have lost hope, Am stressed. I feel like cell c sales consultants are punishing me for fun when I need help for real. My other case number is Cell C Customer Service Case Number : 502052218. I have left my Cellphone and ID on a bolt taxify on friday 25 January 2025. I use my cellphone to communicate to my customers and deliver their gadgets via whatsapp. Since the 25 January 2025 I have been trying to do a sim swap. Via a call they told I passed they did the sim swap, I called again they said they a offline. I called for the 3rd time they told me I have failed I should go to a cell c store with a copy of ID and proof of residence. I went to germiston and found that cell c is nolonger there. Today I went to Festival Mall with an Affidavit stating that I need to do a sim swap to get an OTP so that the Police can call the Bolt driver to whats happening before opening a case and ruining the drivers future for no reason. I had proof of resident, copy of ID, Affidavit, Bolt Support communication emails and a Valid Drivers License but the consultant told me to leave and come with a Temporary Id. My gross loss on my business is R4400 Since the 25 January 2025 right now am tired of talking how about I get advice on how to escalate this case because I feel like we are not serious or maybe am bleeding white blood thats why I should not be assisted and I should forget about my phone, customers and business by starting back from scratch hustling. If only we had a funeral and I needed that Sim Card to withdraw money for funeral preparations, we were going to be in a serious mess mos. Please every customer matters, Dont work for money, Do what you came there to do. Right now am using MTN am ashamed of Cell c on how the treated me. Any positive Idea on escalations please share
Good day I have been trying to do a sim swap at your Germiston Mall Branch for 2days, On the 9th July 2024our first consultant told me the store had no sim cards and she doesnt know when will you send them, Today I took another day off a consultant guy who was eating told me your store is offline and he also doesnt know when will you be back online. All i want to know is whats really happening, management, cell c losing its standard or your employees are being dishonest just to make me leave them and their space. Because really we cant beg and pay for assistance. Please just let me know whats happening and when should I come get ur service since your staff doesnt have a clue. Now am begging for your service as a stupid customer who will pay at the end, and reconsider the contract offer I was being offered, DISSAPONTED!
I work at olifant, last week I did not get my salary, I tried talking to someone at ur office she keeps on telling me about rejection and to wait 2months can anyone assist me also on your email I get no respond. Please tell me the way forward since ur office can't help me and before I can file for Form 7.11, I want to hear what's wrong so we can clear it

To be honest I don't see the importance of having an assessor because they are confused on what to do rather hire a machine without paying a fat salary for no job done, than to hire family members without qualifications to serve us, Because if they were qualified it was going to be an easy task for them, Really am tired now even the customer call center department beats them with the job they are doing though they might be ***** and not have the power to tell you that the assessor is delaying for no reason in somehow they are always there when we call or send emails thumbs up to them.No wonder why crime is going high and police don't rest, Some of our people are hungry they have no plan because you are keeping their money to go look for jobs while you are slicing polony everyday and they worked for that money they did not ***** it, Just do my documents I'll leave your lane am tired of waiting for you Boss Assessor
I have a problem with cellc contract, They want me to pay R720 for 30 gig everymonth. I usually pay R250 for 30 gig and In December 2022 I lost my Job and they started charging me R720 without an agreement or my concern. I did tell them to stop I did not sign up for that they continued ****ming me and today they Disconnected my line right when I have a telephone interview and I missed it whats really wrong with Cellc?? Are they going broke and now taking chances on their customers coz I have been a loyal customer for 6 years plus I never had this kind of situation instead of thanking me they make me pay 3 times as if am paying a super phone with data's and minutes. I'm not ****ed am hurt I have my own problems and you will never see me prey on other people like your doing.. Whoever is doing all this nonsense ****ming must grow up work hard and cut your cost and stop throwing robbing customers even unlimited data doesn't cost R720 it's around R500 so whats your 30 gig special about? It doesn't even last fix your bankruptcy issues and change my number to prepaid I'll get a contract somewhere else safer for my bank account. Ill pay your R250 for 5months
Good day I am having a problem chatting on whatsapp with Mr Price they take their time and also not helping, I bought 2 items at Mall of Tembisa via bank card on 22/12/22 . They have sent the slip to my email and I can not login it to retrieve the slip. I want to return the Items since the person I bought for did not like them. Can you please tell Debtbusters, To remove them selves on to my bank account because I can not pull up my credit score or even take a credit at a lower price I can only take from loansharks, So thank you am nolonger interested in their councelling maybe one day ill return.
I had a bad experience with capitec , My salary clocks at capitec but today they do me wrong, I lost my card i was robbed and it was taping all over with it because they did not have my pin. I did open a case and also reported to capitec that i never selected the taping option since ever in my life and why soon after their consultant gives me a new card I get mugged. They said i must wait since from june up to now, They gave me a feedback saying I gave tsotsis my pin. I wake up for my money every day even if its less I want it. I did not say capitec must train people to do wrong things then we carry a loss as their customers. INCIDENT 94614974 and a new INCIDENT 97817874, I have a case number from police too please do the right thing.
Not getting the service I expected, I just got promoted and my company is calling me for proof of payments. When I call debt busters to let them k ow I need proof of payment I get voicemails,The other lady I found around 16:25 yesterday said they are offline call tomorrow we can't help u, I don't know if Ian Wason knows how u treat us, when ever we need any documentation to support any situation please supply us because when we join you guys call us every two min to pay hypen but when we need your help all of u are out of reach, I really don't like your service now am angry you are costing me on top u take my money without doubt or destruction
