Please do not buy from Incredible Connection - they are Incredible pathetic!!! Do not even bother calling the call center to find out where your order is - they will not be able to assist - I have logged a complaint - NO response - I will never ever buy from them - it seems like this is really an issue with them - no communication, their courier service is NO good - logged complaints, they just don't bother answering that. It is scary to see how many customers are complaining about the same thing and yet Incredible Connection is silent - DISGUSTING!!!! Rather buy from Takealot or even AmazonSA
I have placed an order on 26 February at a bookshop - I called the bookshop today to get a waybill number so that I can track my parcel - I got the waybill number and called Skynet South Arica - I was caller number 99 in the que - I was holding on for 30 minutes and then ended my call. I called the bookshop to confirm when Skynet collected my parcel - what a disgrace - my parcel for which I payed as well as for the courier fee was still at the bookshop - since 26 Feb until today 3 March Skynet did not collect parcels!!! Stay away from Skynet South Africa!!!!!
I have placed an order and paid for that order with Tanc Scrubs on 19 February. I have sent several emails, made several calls to confirm when this order would be dispatched - every time it is a different story and excuse! I have been promised that it would be delivered since the 25 th but yet, here we are and I had to call them again - answer that I got is they do not know why it has not been dispatched. PLEASE don't use these company - there is no customer service at all!
We bought a new decoder in December 2021 - there was a special running and we signed a price log contract for R889 including the decoder,pvr function, installation and extra view. Since signing this contract in December we have been paying this price log amount of R889. Then all of a sudden with May months debit order payment the amount changed to R1 108. We have been trying to get answers as to the why there's been a price increase but after several calls NO ONE is competent to give us any answers - we have been on the phone for hours with no answers. We have signed the price log on R889 - we are 4 months into this contract and there is a price increase for which NO ONE can give as answers to DStv MultiChoice - you are pathetic!!!!
This is not the first time we deal with Fastway. I have a package that's been out for delivery this morning at 07h27 - I have called Fastway Nelspruit to confirm at what time the parcel would be delivered as we have been waiting since 07h27 this morning, At first the lady who answered the phone was busy eating - she could not even speak with me because she was busy eating and that is the person who is answering phone calls !! She then told the courier is buys and I should call him. When I called the courier, a Bryan, he told me he is at a estate not far from us but he must first go to another area which is 25km away from us and then he would come back. Please keep in mind that when I called he was 2km away from us. When I called Fastway again to speak with the depot manager he/she was conveniently not available! It is 15h23 now and still we do not have any idea as to when our parcel would be delivered and that parcel is with the driver since 07h27 this morning! FASTWAY your customer service is a disgrace!!!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!! I have send an email to cancel my booking, I have received an email stating that my booking has been canceled. I then wanted know when I'm going to be refunded, NO RESPONSE, I have sent several emails - NO RESPONSE - you cannot call them - only emails which they don't reply on!!! I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF THEM AGAIN AND SURELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM -
I have a parcel that has been picked up in Durban on 29/06/2020 at 18:41. This parcel has been received at the Fastway Nelspruit branch on 01/07/2020 at 12;24 and was onboard the courier vehicle for Malelane on 01/07/2020 at 14:24, by 03/07/2020 I still did not receive it. I called them on 03/07/2020 wanting to know when will I receive my parcel as acording to my track status it was on the courier vehicle since 01/07/2020, Malelane is 64km from Nelspruit!! The lady at the Trac and Trace dept said they've received a lot of parcels and that she would get back to me. Which she never did. I kept on calling them but could not get hold of anybody. I then called the Durban branch, Precious told me she couldn't get hold of them either and that she would call me back.Which she did not. By then on my tracking status on 03/07/2020 at 11:20 it said that the courier could not "locate" me. Nobody called for directions. By 16:00 on 03/07/2020 I got hold of the lady that was suppose to call me back, when I asked her why didn't anybody cal me for directions and that I think they are lying, she said she is sorry and that my parcel would still be delivered before end of day. Again on my tracking status it says, parcel onboard courier vehicle 03/07/2020 at 14;29. Still it has not been delivered!! Don't ever make use of them. It took this parcel 3 days to get from Durban to Nelspruit, it is taking them 5 days and still counting to get the parcel form Nelspruit to Malelane!! We make use of Courer guy and Aramex and never ever had any problems but with Fastway - there is nothing fast about them, saty away!! I drive to their depot in Nelspruit tomorrow 6 July and go fetch my parcel myself.
