Vodacom is **** running company. Got a contract supposedly on promotion but few months down the line they increased the fees and kept on increasing each year, when I cancelled the contract they instead migrated to a different package. Some kind of **** one can never expect mxm.
I have never been so disrespected and undermined like the way this branch service manager did. I took my tuned 330d for oil change but rather than just servicing my car they went over and above to perform some scans/diagnosis which in turn messed with my transmission. My car came back jerking and not performing nor changing gears properly, went back to find out why and the manager told me straight that he will not take any responsibility for that not to even check what's wrong depicting that they can't check modified vehicles yet they diagnose and service them. Take your car there at your own risk.
I'm ****ed at the moment, just to cancel a subscription you stay on the line for a hour.

Logged a claim, I had to call everyday to find out whats happening, then at some point they just decide to write off your car even before agreeing to that they start st*********** some stuff from my vehicle. For a peace of mind do not even give them a thought. The claim process is wack, they try by all means to rob you. 2 star for eventually paying out the claim.
We app**** for PRP around 2014 and few years afterwards we were able to track the application online but recently when we try to track it we get the error message on the title. We called the global call centre they referred us to for the first time and they referred us to the nearest offices then we went to VFS in Sandton and were assisted by a very rude olady with a bad attitude and she returned us saying we should go back to Bloemfontein. Upon the return we called again and they said we should call Home Affairs. We need answers as to where did the application disappear to..
I’m very disappointed by the guy called Jaundre, I called to request a refund on my deposit because I was out bid on the car I wanted to buy. I couldn’t do an automatic refund so Jaundre was supposed to assist me in logging a refund request manually. Only after almost 2 weeks (and after I had followed up) he’s logged a request. What an inconvenience.
Sold my hyundai accent to Lunga and was a hussle free process. They managed to beat the offer I got from other dealerships.
I wouldn't advise anyone to buy internet service from this company. I saw the reviews but thought I would get a different experience. The ratings here do not lie, play far if you love your money. I called couple of time just to get told to restart my router. I don't have the internet most of the time, I bought 50mbps but I'm getting even less than 1mbps.
