I Went to Calistos in Cresta twice. On both occasions we received really horrible food and pizza with little to no cheese. We waited 45 minutes for D grade food at an A grade price.
I went to Burger king Kimberley on the 26 October 2024 at 12:16. The food was horrible. 5 people working and the queue was out of the door. They closed the drive thru early and client were leaving. There were roaches in the food section. The staff did not know how to make the food. Halaal certification that expires in 2025 but bacon was advertised. They did not follow our order specification. We waited an hour for a speciality meal. This is a world wide brand and I've never seen a franchise struggle like this to maintain the burger king reputation.
This is the most pathetic company I have ever seen. I must do all the running around for money I worked for. The agents are clueless they hide behind there SLA that they cannot meet. This is the 2nd time this company is leaving me stranded.
I was at KFC Monument Heights in Kimberly on the 03 June 2023 at 09:00am I ordered a meal and the transaction was declined on their side but the money was debited from my account. I went to the counter the lady advised me I must pay again and wanted the declined receipt. The manager threw away the slip knowing very well it is needed for a chargeback. They were very persistent that the funds will reverse on it's own and it did not.
The service at Home affairs Randburg is exceptional, this is not my first experience with DHA Randburg Excellent service from the security guards at the Gate especially Mr Sabelo who works at the Amendment's and Birth/Marriage Certificate department. Mr Sabelo is so dedicated and he has sense of urgency. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Let's give credit were its due.
BCC Roodepoort staff members are a pleasure to be a part of. I would like to recognise The Branch Manager Mabatho, Christina the student advisor and the whole Team at BCC Roodepoort. Due to covid 19 I had challenges and the Team was very supportive and encouraged me to work hard. Thank you so much BCC Roodepoort Team. You have exceeded my expectations.
ABSA bank Florida branch, service is extremely slow and the staff do not show any sense of urgency and they are not willing to take an extra mile for their clients, I was forced to open a cheque account today all I wanted to do was link my credit card to my savings account due to me declining the cheque account the consultant, made excuses to assist me with my enquiry by saying that my account is FICA blocked, what about treating client fairly and FAIS does not allow consultants to force or recommended products to clients. I could have opened accounts for my children but no thanks the client experience is bad 0 /10 , the call centre and branch staff are very unprofessional.
It has been 10 days since Mweb promised to activate my Sim card, what a pathetic service, i have spend more than R500 on airtime trying to get assistance from the call center no one wants to take accountability, i got an sms that my service is active, till today my rooter is inactive. i am so disappointed Mweb will only give good service when you are a new client once there is a query you will not get any assistance, the agent are no helpful they put the phone down or transfer a call to another department, there have conversation while i am on hold and there is no sense of urgency i am still waiting for a call back as promised.
I am disgusted with your attitudes. I called in to ask for a paid up letter that I have been waiting 2 years for. My account has been handed over to another company who wants me to pay more. When I called in the lady just says we will call you back without even taking my details.
Excellent service by Nompumelelo and the Miway team great job keep it up.
