If it was possible to give them less than a star I would have. It's the worst courier company ever. No feedback provided on my parcel which appears to be in S.A. already. Would highly NOT recommend them !!!!
Speedaf is the worst courier service I've ever dealt with. Extremely poor service. No customer feedback and absolutely no customer support. I would not recommend them for any delivery or collection services, they are beyond useless. It's amazing that they are still operating and should rather be closed down.
My ID is linked to a business banking profile I have no affiliation with. I've tried numerous times to have this rectified although it would appear that Nedbank and or their customer support just don't care. I've now reached the end of my patience and will focus on spending more time reporting this to any and all departments, organizations, social media and whatever platform is available to draw attention to this matter. Whether reporting this as ********* banking practices, ***** or just terrible customer service, I want them to know that I will now go out off my way to shine the spotlight n them !!!!
I've done everything correctly. Pudo allocated a bin to me which had a parcel in it already. Now after struggling to get support, they will be crediting my account and I have to rebook the shipment. My problem however being that I now have to wait 5 to 10 days for them to pass credit. That means my parcel will be delayed becuase I have to wait for them to refund me, for a mistake they've made. Support on this was terrible and I would urge anyone who might be thinking of using them to consider alternatives.

I'm no longer surprised, this after all is S.A. and the level of service we can expect from any government department would be terrible and worsening with each passing day. Clearly there is very few capable personnel which can handle the workload, as for the rest, they obviously are incompetent and costing taxpayers. Well done, yet another absolutely useless department !!!
Highly upset about spam messages being send to me and this after I had all 3rd party content and push messages blocked via vodacom. I was assured that I would never receive any adverts ever again, just to find a week later that the problem remained and I'm still being annoyed with ads I never gave consent to send me. Will be reporting this to ICASA and the OMBUDSMAN, seeing has vodacom couldn't be bothered to reply within their 24hour period after they send you a reference. Pathetic customer service !!!!
The worst internet supplier in the world!!! Well done telkom, your service levels are same as your internet service, non-existent. You're a pathetic excuse of a telecommunications company. Please close down and spare yourself more hatred from the public as well as the humility. What a disgrace and to think telkom used to be one of thee best if not the best. Should change their name from telkom to telk@k.
Please be very weary of this company as they are stealing from us the consumer. Yes, I said it, they are stealing. I've tried numerous times to contact them and have my query resolved but have until now had no success. Their sales lady Sherries Arries, lied to me and convinced me to switch over because we will be saving money and the analog system is fazed out. Now we are paying R2000 more per month, for the same **** service. Whatever you do, do not use telkom. They are pathetic and very dishonest. This is my second review on them and they couldn't even be bothered top answer my first complaint. I will make it my mission to discourage anyone from selecting telkom and their useless customer service. They are a disgrace and absolute waist of money !!!! Bunch of thieves !!!!!
Dear reader, Please be very careful when being contacted by Telkom, especially a person called Sherries Arries. She will tell you that you will be saving money by switching over to a new package, but unfortunately you won't, you will end up paying more for the same pathetic service. I have send her numerous mails which she couldn't be bothered replying to and made several calls trying to have this matter resolved. In the end this is another useless service that we are wasting our time and money on. Before selecting telkom for any service, I would urge you to consider all other alternatives. Yes, they might be a bit more expensive, but atleast you would get some service and most likely what you pay for, unlike telkom. I hope there is perhaps one competent person working for telkom which are reading this now, one can only wish.
