Bought a new generator from ardendorf last year July three weeks ago it didn't start so my first reaction was to return it as it was under grantee basically ardendorf blamed me making out that I broke the generator after 2 weeks of fighting they replaced the faulty carburetor had the generator back less than a week and it stopped working again, took back to ardendorf just to be told its my fault again basically they don't want to bring back anything that is under grantee as they can't make money from you so my advice think twice before you purchase anything electrical or engine driven the price might be great rather avoid the headaches pay more some where else where they stand by the grantee and have customer service
Did a claim through my insurance they sent me to glassfit blackheath they confirmed I can come through they stripped out my glass just to tell me the can't repair my glass as they don't have the glass, my question why strip a client's car when you don't have the spares and top of it confirm the client can come now I am *****ed with no glass and no transport total idoits rather ask your insurance company to get another glass company
I upgraded my one line for data deal with laptop over a month ago to date no delivery or response from Vodacom when I call to inquire I get whole runaround with no clear answers, today I decided to cancel my contract the I was told another they would get back to me in 30min no phone call at all is this the type of service Vodacom offers clients after 20 years being with you further more I also inquired about upgrading my cell I put in a request also month ago again no response sorry to say Vodacom your standards are slipping badly I am sure there are other providers willing to offer me better
Seen the great special from mweb on the fibre for 399 rounter delivered with in a week been waiting for more than 2 weeks for fibre to be installed next thing a get a sms sent to me that my order is canceled due the supplier can't install in your complex what makes me mad is for 2 weeks no one bothers to inform me before the ball starts rolling that the deal I signed up for can't be done is this the type of loyalty you get from being with mweb for more 15 years no even a phone call to try to help you out basically if don't like it leave that is the atutude you get
Ordered food waited 45min for order to be done when food arrived was ice cold waiter disappeared after we tried to order more coffies had to locate Manger myself to sort out the problem by the looks of it the staff are poorly trained
Drove by a romans pizza decided to stop for a single pizza when I decided to order I was told I cannot order a single pizza it's only on line ,it's a first for me if it's on the menu I should be able to order at the store or online so if I am mood for pizza I should rather go somewhere else were I can order what I want from the menu and pay for it the way I wish to ,I must say I have never heard of something so stupid obviously you don't have your customers in mind

took out a policy for my car &house hold they have been gladly taking their premiums for almost a year in this time they send email stating if you have a accident and is not your fault they excess would be waved some one rear ended me on the 14th august I put in a claim that was all sorted out perfectly but when I referred back to the email sent to about the excess to be waved I was told no I don't qualify because I don't have some monitoring device fitted by discovery insure what ****es me off at no stage on selling me the policy wasnt told of this monitoring device was told about fuel spend now all of sudden I get told about this , now you do things just to suit you no difference from any other insurer bunch of duckers and divers come on guys start standing by your statements
