Very disappointed with Intercity Express / Eagle Liner service on Bus 7007 (Durban to Vereeniging, 08:10). The bus arrived late with no explanation. We were delayed in Pietermaritzburg due to poor boarding management. In Heidelberg, we were forced to transfer to an overloaded minibus with all our luggage. We are a family of eight, including a preschool child who had to sit on a stranger’s lap due to overcrowding. Completely unsafe and unacceptable. We paid for comfort and safety — we got chaos and risk instead. A refund has been formally requested in terms of the Consumer Protection Act and will be escalated to the National Consumer Commission if not resolved urgently. Angelina Mo***eng
I still have not received any communication or whatsoever from Nedbank about the fraudulent transaction that took place in Dec 2022.
Last year late December an amount close a thousand rand was taken from my account by some app. I opened a case with the fraud department immediately, to date I haven't received a response despite the numerous times I've called to make a follow up. They keep saying someone will call me back and never does. Before that fraudulent transaction took place, they sent me a warning message which was useless cos there was no option to decline it. I feel like the banks processes makes it easy for these criminals to take our money, more like they are on their side and not caring about protecting us as customers. So unprofessional.
I am appaled at what happened today. I received a call from these people, I responded by saying that I am busy I cant talk. The consultant lady said "then why did you pick your phone" in a very annoyed tone. Hebanna. as if that was not enough, she kept calling me and kept silent. I really feel abused. Even now I received a call from her. Really what kind of petty unproffessional behaviour is that.
Poor service, apparently use a timed safe for cell phones, I wanted for about an hour and still left without the phone. Exact SASOLBURG
I recieved a food voucher from South African Council of Churches, which I chose to redeem at Ok, got to Sasolburg branch, they (including the people at head office) have no idea and claim it is a scam. I was so embarrassed to be turned away like I am some kind of criminal. Other retailers were able to assist people with their vouchers except for this one. I have been at the store since in the morning until now, and I still recieved no help. I emailed called head office and spoke to Angelique, she asked me to email her, of which I did, she said she will get back to me shortly. Still no response. I am tired and hungry!!!!! I really need this matter resolved ASAP.
