Its impossible to reach takealot when you need assistance. They have no customer service number or email addreds and the "help" option on the app is not helpful at all. I've tried reaching out to them via Instagram as well but have had no response.
Desmond Kwena Papole was very helpful and efficient. Got me what I needed in less than 5min
Brandon Singh was very friendly and informative. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly and was very helpful.
I am so fed up with MiWay or rather my claims handler at MiWay. I have been battling for 2 weeks just to get her to call me back or at the very least keep me updated with any new info. If I don't call the contact centre, I would have no idea what's happening with my claim or where my car even is.
Initially everyone was really helpful and my claim was approved the day after I submitted. Its been over a week now and my car still hasn't been sent for repairs. I was contacted by 2 insurers that offered me a lower premium and excess, but went with MiWay because of their reputation and I must say, I regret it.
Very annoyed that they debited my account on the 21st when my debit date is the 27th. When I contacted them, they said that someone was supposed to inform me about the earlier debit date but didn't and they are sorry I feel disappointed. They are so nonchalant and I'm really considering switching my insurance provider.
I ordered food through the app and did not receive my full order. Also, the deltoid almost 2 hours and when the food arrived it was cold. I immediately complained and was told that I would be refunded (I paid using my credit card). It is now w weeks later and I still haven't received my refund. I tried to log a query on the app but they're giving me the run around.
I'm really disappointed with service at FnB connect. I've been struggling to reach them via the FnB app as well as trying to call them. No one has gotten back to me yet
I would not advise any parent to enroll there child at Swaanswyk High School (Southern suburbs). The teachers as well the principle have absolutely no communication s****s. They never get back to you with concerns regarding school work and due dates during lockdown until its too late and then refuse to give any extensions. When you complain to the principle, she rudely blows you off. I've also tried contacting the WCED but they give you the run around as well. The amount of school fees really is not worth all the trouble you have on an almost weekly basis. Do better
