Outsurance, I will be canceling my 2 policies with you because I believe that if I am the one paying for the policies then I should be able to ammend accordingly. I have spoken to your rep and to your call centre a number of times.

Hi , there I am so unhappy with the service from Webafrica. I have been on their what's up chat support line for more than 3 days and my still no one is able to get the Tp link router to connec***** very irritating and time consuming as this is 3 days wasted.. The agents just dissappear without resolving my problem and without referring my matter or escalating it to someone who can may attend to my case. Clint A then Lauren-Lee then Tsholofatso and this is the last ref #4377215 I have. The point of purchasing the Tplink router was for me to be able to connect and be able to use the service which I am paying for. And all these agents seem not to understand what is the final aim of me contacting Webafrica. Here I am my now again appealing foe service. If your system is not working rather then take back your router and let me find another service provider. And refund me and collect your router. Tx
I have been waiting at the gate for over 40 minutes. The security gaurds are awful. They refuse for me to drop off flowers with my car. They say I must leave my car at the gate and walk all the way and carry the flowers to my dads burial. This is totally unreasonable. It is hot and I can't carry all the flowers. It's not busy at all. Please beware that you may not enter with your car. This is something that should have been communicated. I have paid alot of money just to abused. I
The shop is in Sandton city, They closed at 16:45 . The gentlemen Ken took my order and the lady Samantha stopped him from making my order. She claimed that they are closed and then another gentle men arrived at 16:58 pm also wanting to place an order. Again she insisted that she is closed. The sign says that they close at 6pm
i am very unhappy, since the 3rd of September I have been communicating with FnB regarding my loan. FnB debited my account on the 3rd September an amount of R3742 on my account for no reason. I cannot reverse this debit and no one can help me. I used the App, i used telephone banking and the private banking. There is just no service. I HATE fnb as now I am totally inconvenienced for the month
5 days later, I am still waiting for my refund . I was told by tuesday I will have my money back and then yesterday got another story
