A simple request to please forward me a letter of ownership for my vehicle to allow me to cross our border with the required documentation. Sent request last week, to only receive an automated response each time (We will get back you you in 48 hours) That time has ellapsed 3 times already.

It should be statistically impossible that almost every branch of this bank is so horribly terrible in its service delivery and contradictory in delivering on promises. Absolutely shocked at how much money this bank has cost me in the past 3 years. We have logged 3 queries/requests with FNB home loans with absolutely no response. What a shocker! FNB does it not bother you that out of 84000 reviews, you score a little over 1 star on average? Again I have been fed a bunch of rhetoric as to why my undue billing was in fact justified, and FNB has not made any mistakes after putting in a simple request some months ago to cancel a simple policy. I'm sick and tired of this bank essentially holding us financially hostage out of fear that they have the power to bully you into submission because you can't afford otherwise. I have had enough! FNB- The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Multiple poor service instances. Literally stole money from me on multiple occurrences blaming procedural errors and even admitting fault on their side only to have nothing transpire after being promised the issues will be escalated and resolved and undue billing reversed multiple times. I cannot believe that a bank puts out marketing, illustrating that every customer matters yet, in essence, is *****ing, making up excuses for poor service and error on their side. I cannot wait to move every bit of my business I have with FNB to another bank.
Totally and utterly fed up with the service received from Discovery Vitality and its rewards program is a scam! Almost a whole year's vitality premiums were paid, with no cash-back rewards paid out as per the promise of their policies. Every time we waste our air time to try and rectify the issue, a different excuse is given. I cannot wait to leave this company as a whole and move all my policies and other products to another more reliable company.
