Didn't show up to court when I was arrested by ******* police working with a well known career ******** despite claiming they would be there when I phoned them as I was getting arrested. Afterwards they hired lawyers that dropped my case at the last minute with "no prospect of success" and dropped insurance coverage for the case, yet I ended up winning and the lawyer I hired told me he'd never seen a case go to court with as little evidence as mine. When I contacted them to send notice to sue a police station who stole my motorbike (which SAPS provincial confirmed after investigation), I received attitude and was told matters against the state are not covered. Clearly the lawyer/paralegal I spoke to believes the police are "the good guys" as she seemed quite offended that I'd ever want to sue the hard done by men in blue. On top of that the matter is absolutely covered as 1. It's a pecuniary loss. 2. The value is over the minimum requirement. The lawyer/paralegal was told this over the phone, and over email. Despite this they have ignored my emails for over a week, despite informing them that the deadline is nearby.
Your app effing sucks. Your customer support effing sucks. I've used FNB for over 10 years. I recently lost a pre-approved credit offer with a good interest rate. I clicked accept, NOTHING HAPPENED. I have had this bug for over 10 years your app sucks. The pre-approved offer was removed, and submitted as "incomplete". I messaged support the same day and your low IQ employees told me to "wait 2-3 business days". Multiple people told me this. I waited 4 days to be told "oh it's incomplete. Manually resubmit". An absolute joke. I was pre-approved for an increase to R90,000 at 19.5% I have a screenshot of the offer which has now disappeared.
REPORT THEM TO THE NCR IMMEDIATELY. I logged a dispute, attached proof and they *******ly rejected the dispute and told me to get a letter from the lender proving my claims despite attaching legal proof. No investigation, shifting burden of proof, making false ******* statement, deferring dispute instead of handling it.
FNB did not show my ebucks progress for April and May until today when it was too late. During the month of March, FNB did not show my progress for April. It showed February and March. During the month of April, FNB did not show my progress for May. It showed February and March. As of yesterday, it was showing progress for February and March. Today I receive my ebucks and it finally updates. 500 points from level 5 for April and May. I didn't nav Home for the last points but FNB refused to show my progress for the new quarter so how was I supposed to know I needed to do that. They refuse to refund points because I didn't log an issue earlier. This is *****

I have been an Axxess client for two years. Even though payment is pro-rata, upon cancelling I was informed there is a calendar month notice period. I moved out of my previous place and completely disconnected my line and also requested cancellation, however I was still charged R650 for a line I have not used at all whatsoever. I have kindly asked for a refund as I'm in a sticky situation and need the money. The customer service was not sympathetic in any way and gave no leeway to my situation. Upon phoning and asking kindly I was informed a supervisor would contact me to chat about it. Over 3 days later I have not received a phone call. I understand the 1 month cancellation period is in the terms and services (which no one reads) and I have kindly asked for leeway as I'm in a tough situation but customer service is sub-par at best. I have also mentioned that I recently referenced two friends to Axxess who are now on R600+ contracts. A little bit of empathy in these tough times would be great
