I bought 3 vouchers amounting to R988, this was during the July school holidays, upon realizing that the placed order was not going to be redeemable during school holidays I asked for a refund. My children were visiting me from KZN and since we could not use the vouchers I had no choice but to ask for a refund as they would not be here when schools reopen. I have been waiting since July for a response back but nothing, I have emailed several times but go ignore.
I ordered 2 golf gloves on Tuesday, ordered on in the morning and another one later in the day. The one i ordered later came the next morning while the one I ordered first was not delivered. Today, which is a Friday the order arrived, the glove packaging was put n a cheap plastic, the box was torn upon opening it there was no glove!!!!!! Are you kidding me, I have a match tomorrow, not only that, Takealot does not have a number i can call, customer service is some stupid bot that does not answer questions. I am extremely upset
I was assisted by Mievette who was absolutely patient. She through in jokes here and there. She’s definitely great at this customer service thing. I lost the details of something sent via sms and she was happily ready to assist me in retrieving them. An absolute star!

My ex husband and I co parent and when he buys things he doesn’t give the receipt. He bought school uniform and I needed to exchange the shoes because they are one size smaller. We are both in two different provinces. I went to the store to exchange they asked for a receipt. I asked him to send me the receipt and he did but the girls at the store wanted a physical one. The receipt has the barcode and all the information which I believe could have been punched in and the information would have appeared. I was turned back and was told to take the shoes to the other province to change them then send them back to kzn where I am based. I called the customer care line and they also told me the same *******. This is ridiculous. Doesn’t your system keep the receipts on a cloud. This is so stupid, I can’t believe I couldn’t do an exchange with the proof of purchase on my phone but not physical. Backward *********** service
Ands has a stupid verification system that asks questions that aren’t true. I called in. They sent an approve it message to my bank and I responded. Next thing I’m asked questions which relate to my credit profile. I respond to all questions and I’m told I failed. The only question that wasn’t true was that I bought a house which I didn’t. They did another slot which I still failed and I wasn’t assisted because of that. Why would they request me to log into my banking app and verify myself if they will want to verify me further using incorrect information??? I’m currently in the rural areas and I was told that I must go into a branch to get verified. This is a bank on nonsense. Such an inconvenience. I’m livid. I must now drive 50kms for a service that takes 2 minutes. So stupid.
I was helped by Rowayne Hartze, the agent who helped me previously had captured my details incorrectly and Rowayne had that sorted out in a second. Not only did Rowayne do that, my policy documents were sent through just in a short space. Great experience
I load airtime and it disappears without me touching it. Today I bought unlimited minutes, I received the sms for the minutes but 2 minutes into my call, it was cut short and I realised that the little airtime I had left was also gone. I have been calling the customer care number which doe not take you through to customer care but that automated call, which in turn ends because some stupid tobi which is an AI powered robot that is useless when it comes to answering queries does not help. Now I am stuck here with vodacom that does not hand out the rewards we buy, this is absolute *******. Why have a customer care line if you do not even car to answer our queries. If I wanted to interact with a robot I would have been specific but being forced to is just insane.
I sent a package that has taken more than 15 days to be delivered, they do not have an email address for me to write to, they do not answer the phone. I sent my package on the 15th of October it is now the 30th. The terms were between 7 to 10 working days and the latest delivery date was the 28th but the package has not been delivered yet. It was a calculator that my sister needed for her math exam which was yesterday. The fact that we can not communicate with paxi is ridiculous, the WhatsApp contact number is useless. I am so upset.
Just received a call from this number. This man was telling me hat I am on debt review and I said I am not, he said that is how it is appearing on his side. He then asked if he must tell me what he sees and I said yes, he then said he said I am on debt review I said I am not, he said I will receive an sms telling me he is checking, I asked him checking what and said if he dare does a credit check without my consent I will be furious, that man continued the tell me of a surname that is not mine. I ended the call, l then received an sms stating a credit check was being performed and I agreed to it, YOU BETTER MAKE SURE THAT CHECK IS NOT ON MY NAME!!!!!!!!! *********** staff asking nonsense and performing checks without consent.
