What a horrible experience! Im writing in behalf of my father,he ordered Fibre and the vuma guys came and installed the router and promised us that they will sent one of their technicians to install the wire for us from outside and creat a space at one of their poles, after a week we enquire about their technician,I was told to utilize their WhatsApp service and I will be assisted, even now no one is assisting us. Today 09/12/2025 call the office again and I was told to use WhatsApp and that's the only way to be assisted, I explained that their agents hasn't responded to our query and he said the is nothing he can do. I've never experienced terrible service in my life. You signed up with them at your own risk. I wish I've read some of their reviews before signing up with them.
On the the 02 December i went to Universitas hospital(Bloemfontein)from Ladybrand with hitchhikes( the error was made at our local clinic for not getting transport form). After my consultation with my Dr. I've for transport form as well as discharge form so that i can ride back to Ladybrand with our medical personnel. The personnel(Emma)was so rude to me for no apparent reason, she asked with what mode of transport did i use to get to the hospital and i told her, she said my name doesn't appear on her list so i must make a plan to get home( with bad tone and frawn face) I've told her i will use the hitchhikes to go back to Ladybrand.After she has calmed down she told me to go the transport. I dont know what made her to be so worked up about me coming to the hospital with hitchhikes.
Foschini Ladybrand sucks, you can stand in a que for 30 minutes without getting any assistance, the Manager is so relaxed. This '' slow tendency'' of theirs is boring and irritating and it always happen every month when I'm paying my account. I know I can pay my account at any TFG shop but I also prefer to do some shopping/ browsing at Foschini.
I recently visited Frangos Ladybrand, the food and the service are nice however there's a dirty white lady with lot of dog/cat fur, she doesn't even iron her t-shirt, she didn't even put the name tag on, kindly place her at the back kitchen because she has a lot of animals fur and is not good for our food.

I like Frangos Ladybrand customer service and their food, however the staff uniform sucks they look like hobos, management please do something about your staff uniform.
I was in the Free State about few weeks ago and I went to buy the takeaway at Frangos, their food is delicious and their service is excellent but their staff looks like hobos because of their uniform, please management do something about your staff uniform
I bought a vacant land in November 2019 and I was help by Simon, to this date the vacant land has not being transfer to my name, I payed transfer cost and every time I inquire about it Simon is telling me about backlog that was cause by lockdown, he is unprofessional as he does not do follow up with his clients, I sick and tired of going to their offices and getting one answer while I payed him in full, please stop going to this so called lawyer you'll regret big time
I spoke to the lady by name of Siphesihle Rodolo, she is humble and explained every details about my policy as i had a complaint before about my lapse policy while i was still paying, She promised to send me a new contact and i have received it, Thank you Sihle you are a star.
Im very disappointed with Hollard, i took a funeral policy with them in 2016, i was retrenched and i phoned them never to debit from my account as im no longer working, they gave banking details for caah payments, last month they sent me a sms notification that my policy has lapsed due to non payments, i emailed them my bank statement as proof of payment it's been 2 weeks and no one is willing to assist me, i last spoke to Promise Maduma who claimed that my query was escalated to the "directors" of the company and lately he is also responding to my emails. I dont know who should i speak to since their complaints department is not responding to my emails and query.
