I have a account with Debtbusters and was paying payments to there internal debt insurance but the could not produce a court order for compulsory payment for this insurance nor a signed contract to make insurance valued if I claim , Internal insurance company of Debtbuster told me they were however switching to Holland insurance and I declined Hollard insurance offer and no formal contract was produced.I see now that I am making payments from my debt credit providers payment to Hollard to the same amount as previous insurance even tho my debt is 5/6 lower than when started and I did not consent this insurance
Debtbusters has allowed am internal company insurance company IDM/Justmoney insurance to deduct money for my account payment for years now with proper signed idebt nsurance contract and has not constructively helped or rep**** to me in writing for months now after numerous attempts of requesting them to send me signed contract and court order for this lined item deduction, I am now billed by Hollard insurance without my consent to the same value as when I started the process of debt consolidation 4 years ago even tho my current debt is 1/6 of the original debt .I have honoured my payments all these years now and now there seems no help insight .
Debtbuster refuse to assist me in resolving case regarding internal insurance company deducting funds without a legal contract for years now, and have signed me up with new new insurance company without my consent and I see amount paid to to insurance companies with no legal contact, not full cover and long and short of the matter is that if one even had to claim these contracts would not be valued. I strongly suggest clients who has joined Justmoney / IDM ( internal Debtbusters company) ask for signed legal contract as I have and nothing is produced after months of asking. Debtbuster also doesn't help in this matter
I am extremely disgruntled and upset with Debtbusters service as I have been paying my debt for 4 years now and am almost Debt free , however everything I had a query I had to go to great lengths to resolve it with Debtbusters were they seem to have a pattern were my email seems to be picked up by a different agent each time resulting in me pleading my case and explaining my seat over and over again. When help finally arrives through one dedicated agent it is always followed with a review email were my natural instinct is to rate the service of the one agents service and not the company in general.They also bribe one with vouchers to rate there service.as if they have done one a favour after fixing there mistakes. My recent experience is that they have internal company (3rd party) harassing one with email and calls. Debtbusters even told me they switching from one insurance provider to there own internal insurance provider but refuse to send FULL details of cover and cost instead they request me to sign a link blindly. I have been paying my debt to them for years now and am so close to being debt free but am losing faith in there process as there service is poorly lacking and they not transparent with requests I made to my account after numerous emails as they don't take one seriously instead they have me jumping from one agent to another who doesn't even provide one with correct information unless you persistent with emails and phone calls . When eventually a matter is dealt with it seems that it only last a month or two then they back to there old unprofessional ways My latest
I find Debtbusters agents very helpful and thank Debtbusters for there service. My only concern is keeping track that credit providers give Debtbusters accurate info . Looking forward to been out of Debt in the near future
Webafrica is full of promises and no delivery not even sure if this is an liggit company as since we paid for service there lack of service and ETA on installation has become none existent. From the sale guys empty promises and installation team not getting back to us . If you phone and choose option 1 on call for new client they quick to pickup but if you got a quite and choose option 2 the call gets dropped. And not even emails help , I think this is a **** .
am disgusted is the poor service from Discovery invest and the long turn around time even there dispute center gives you a reference number but doesn't get back to you . There lever of service has been POOR since I join they years back
The last 2 years Home Choice agents are constantly phoning me daily even on weekends and public holidays and during meetings. I keep asking them to remove my number from your data base that you probably obtained *******ly. No one from management or any staff member has done so and Home Choice is keep on harassing me . If this does not stop I will make it my mission to take legal action and spread Home choice as a bad name for there constant harassment. I get calls up to 3 times a day . I am definitely NOT interested in your products if this is the inconvenience you guys case . Remove my name from home choice data base . Below are my numbers :
CTM has a wide variety of quality tiles taking the hassle out of running around finding the right product at the right cost. As a contractor I will definitely recommend CTM
