This morning at around past 7 a truck form Sinoville Fencing overtaked right next to me almost crashing into me I had to drive on the side of the road on the N3. There was a lot of space in front of me and behind yet he chose to come for me in the fast lane. You really need to do something about whoever was driving your truck (REG NO: BT24WPGP). We don’t wanna die due to reckless driving please!
I was really happy to be assisted by Johan Kellerman from the moment he answered the call, how he addressed me throughout our conversation and how swiftly he managed to give me what I had asked for. It was definitely the kind of service a paying client should get, well done🙂
Bought a spicy chicken foldover at Mc Donald’s Sam Ntuli Mall around 20:00 27/12/21 and it had no patties. Just the wrap with lettuce and tomato in it. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be some kind of joke but what the hell?
Absolutely disappointed in this place, the racism is on an all time HIGH!! Targeting people of colour is not on, we never signed a contract telling us no hubbly allowed but here they are telling us we can’t smoke hubbly because of the “sparks” it makes of which even the fire we make outside does the same thing. They’ve got different stories and it just doesn’t make sense. The worst place to book at unless you are WHITE!!!
Last Thursday I bought a few items online and I was struggling (not the first time the app is doing this). My money was taken but the order showed as cancelled on the app. Reported it on Friday and they refunded me on Monday. I tried to place my order again because I really want these items and they don’t have them in stores near me. The app is for convenience but it’s done more of the opposite because it keeps logging me out even while I’m busy on it and this time around it took my money but the order doesn’t reflect at all. I tried to solve it via their WhatsApp help centre but instead I was told to go to stores even further away from me. I don’t know am I the only one experiencing these app problems but they really need to look into it.
A big shoutout to the staff members at Spec-Savers Mall of The South. I was treated with kindness from the moment I set an appointment right up to making a payment for my purchase. The staff is super friendly and explains everything to you. Keep up the good work!!
I ordered a half and half triple decker from Debonairs Pizza Sam Ntuli Mall at 17:39 today via the app. I called them after an hour to find out what’s happening with my order than the lady took my number and said she’ll call me back. I later got called by the delivery guy at 18:49 to ask me my address. It’s exactly three hours later since I made my order as I’m writing this review. I’ve been trying to call but there’s no answer. I can’t understand how they close shop while people haven’t received their orders, 3 hours is really too much!!!

Telkom handed over my parcel last week Wednesday. I received an sms to tell me that I will receive my parcel in 1-2 working days excluding weekends. Called them on Friday and I was told my delivery is scheduled for Monday. Monday goes by and I decide to call again and the story changed. They have got terrible communication s****s with absolutely no sense of urgency and after reading all the bad reviews about their delivering services I take it they are not planning on doing anything to work on their flaws.
