Dear Discovery Insure, I would suggest that you stop using FGro Customer Services as your sales agency. They make all kinds of promises, waste hours of valuable time and back-and-forth for weeks and then delivery nothing They are very poor representatives for your business
This company also trades as Africa Container Conversions and Sales These people presented a valid website and bank confirmations but took the money and refused to deliver the container I paid for. They do not take calls and refuse to return the money

These people are **** artists and ******, who threaten you when you do not fall for their ****s. We were contacted by them (as the supposed shippers of a container we paid for) demanding that we pay R9,000 as insurance to ship the container. They then threatened we would have to pay storage if we didn't comply - needless to say after refusing to pay the "insurance", and sending screenshots of their *****ulent website and non-existent address we have heard nothing
It is impossible to speak to a human at vodacom. Between chat bots and automated telecom selections a simple problem remains unresolved after SIX months. Do any human beings work at Vodaom? Does anyone care? ALL I am asking for is that you email me a statement - you did once upon a time and then unilaterally and for no good reason decided i didn't need it?
STANDARD BANK HAD MY NUMBER FOR A DELINQUENT PAYER AND HAVE NOW SOLD THAT DEBT TO MUNNIK BASSON DAGAMA. MBD ARE NOW SMSING ME FOR A DEBT THAT IS NOT MINE WAKE UP AND STOP IRRITATING PEOPLE WHO DO NOT OWE MONEY !!!!!!!
STANDARD BANK HAS MY NUMBER FOR A DELINQUENT PAYER AND REFUSES TO REMOVE IT FROM THEIR SYSTEM. I HAVE TAKEN TWO CALLS, YES, TWO TODAY ALONE AND THEY ARE TOO STUPID OR TOO ARROGANT TO ADMIT THEIR ERROR AND REMOVE IT WAKE UP STANDARD BANK!!!
Terrible experience! Booked tickets several days before date of travel, over R5000 debited to my card, tried to book in 24 hours before, airline had no booking, no details. Had to rebook, and pay a second time, eSky offered R16 as a refund (yes.. Sixteen Rand)
I had to change a travel date and it started off really badly - i could not speak to a consultant as their lines are out of commission. I ended up 'chatting' via a computer. Sharon helped me to sort out the booking - she was incredibly patient and helpful.
