Being Bul**** and my name tarnished the service sucks and i cannot get ahold of the GM, have been trying for over 2 months now

85342123570 : Settlement Quote - [External Email] {13022639} I had a loan with DA for the last two years and decided to be a good customer and pay it up as I have some funds available, I paid over R 90 000 back to DA as per there settlement letter sent to me, Me being a good SA customer I over paid them by R 3 and now I am being penalized, I made payment more than two weeks and sent then POP in time, However they still debited my account for over 5 k and when I asked them to cancel the debit order they said they cant due to the reason I over paid so the account has to stay open as I did not pay the amount that was on the letter, ( for crying out loud PAID EXTRA ) I called yesterday and spoke to Nadia who promised me a call back from her manager who I am still waiting for. Please can I have the below addressed. • Interest gained from my Money in your account • Air time cost for all my calls • Reverse debit order charges as no money in my acc I have made the requested payment in due time and senrt you POP as well. On the 12th June i settled my loan with DA and sent them an email with POP and told them not to debit my account as the account was paid up and settled. I also asked them for a settled-up letter, which after 2 weeks I still don't have, I gave them 2weeks payment and they still debited my account this morning, I called them yesterday and was promised a call back from their manager who still has not called, I asked them to cancel the debit order and was told that due to me paying extra on the settlement the account could not be closed they have debit my account for over R 5500 This is the worst company and the staff don't know how to help clients, I spoke to Nadia who was very rude I have now paid them over R 90 000 and they still debited my account. The Gutters Absolute Awesome – This Was Service At Its Best I appointed MR Gutter to replace our Gutters in our complex. They have done a supa awesome job, This is world class service that i received and will advise anyone to use them, Jeremey is awesome and friendly, He goes out of his way to assist and deliver world class service, Thanks Mr Gutter for the awesome work
They are the worst company ever to deal with. We recently sent them notice to terminate their services but they dont want to accept it and saying that we filled inn wrong docs but dont want to send us the write docs to complete

I have never accepted, signed or gave consent to this. I have been a loyal Edcon customer for many decades and disgusted by this fraudulent behavior! I requested on several occasions for this **** to be cancelled and my account to be credited. This goes back to June 2021, but you gave give a damn!!! On numerous occasions, I have asked for my account to be credited as I have never signed up for Jet Club or a Funeral Plan. The Funeral Plan was eventually cancelled, but I am still being billed for Jet Club. This is fraudulent!!! I have never accepted, signed or gave consent to this. Where is the POPI Act???
