This Paxi courier is a **** and a ****. On the 4th of Oct 2025 i sent parcels from pep in benoni, lakeside mall. I paid for the 3 to 5 days delivery service. Todate the parcel has not reached its destination and there are very urgent and important things in that package. Im not sure if they still have my package or not. When we called we were told that they dont deliver on weekends which doesnt make sense as they were suppose to deliver latest friday, 10 Oct 2025. Im so annoyed and frustrated.
I called Recomed in Benoni, 20 Russel Street. My first call was answered i then asked the receptionist if any of the doctors can assist with UTI problem the lady put the phone down. Few minutes later i called again and i asked same question she just said in cold voice they don't have treatment for that and hung up. I hope her attitude does not reflect the doctors in that practice. Very disappointed.
I am writing this review on behalf of Christ The Redeemer Anglican Church in Daveyton. Today, 29 Dec 2022 one of our members went to Standard Bank K90 in Boksburg to collect a debit card for the parish. This is after we received a call last week from Tumelo Malomane advising us to write a letter and take it to any standard bank branch. Our member was treated with disgust by Lizeka Gulubele. To say that she was given a bad service would be an under statement. Mrs or Miss Gulubele even fought or argued with Mr Malomane on the phone in front of the client, which in this case was our member. It took 3 hours for Ms Gulubele to finally assist. We would like to ask the bank to deal with Ms Lizeka Gulubele in order to avoid this happening further. Not everyone will just write a review on Hello Peter, some will take this kind of treatment and behaviour even further as our member was supposed to be at work but wasted 3 hours just because an employee at the bank did not want to do her work. We don't know whether she always treat customers like this or she is going through things. But whatever the reason this is very wrong. Maybe the bank need to consider placing her at the back office where she will not deal with customers. This service does not even deserve a rating. Rating should be 00000
I am a vodacom customer and i have never used any other network. I have 3 contracts with them. About 3 weeks ago i started having network problems when I am at home. I cannot connect to the internet using data and sometimes i missed calls. I reported this to vodacom on the 9th of Feb 2022 and the lady tried to assist me over the phone but the problem was not resolved. She then said she has logged a ticket and someone from vodacom network will call me. Today, 21 Feb 2022 i received a called and the guy told me that their network is degrading is some areas and vodacom is aware of this, but it will not be fixed anytime soon. He mentioned that this may even go to 2023. He told me that i have 2 options, I can either opt to start using fibre or cancel my contracts. And you can tell from his tone that he does'nt really as vodacom has too many customers and they will not just rush this because of 1 customer. I told him that my 2 cents money will not even be noticed so i want to cancel and move over to another network. He promised to send cancelation forms. Just like that. Thank you vodacom for the waste of my money and time.
On Friday i needed my car to be towed and I called Miway and spoke to Bheki Sebegoe. He was very professional and the response from the towing company was quick. Thank you to Bheki and I hope he continues to be professional
On the 10th of March 2021 I took my car to Europa Panelbeaters in Benoni and I had full tank of petrol in my vehicle. I was promised to get a back my car on Friday the 12th but that did nit happen. I only got my car on the 18th of March 2021. Despite all the delays I must say they did a very good job and I'm impressed. When I fetched my car on 18 March 2021 quarter tank of the petrol has been used. I called this morning and Chantel told me that they only drove the car from workshop to the pavement which in my opinion will not even consume an inch of petrol. I do not know what happened between the 10th to the 18th of March only Europa Panelbeaters knows.
MiWay Insurance does not even deserve any star. Service very bad. I put in a claim for my vehicle via app. I did not get a call back until I had to call them and even then I was told my claim has not been allocated to anyone. Only the following day in the afternoon that I received a call from the person whom I was told will handle my claim. My car went to panel beater on the 10th of March and the panel beater told me the car would be ready by Friday, so I did not ask the insurance for car hire which I have been paying for since I took the insurance in 2014. On Friday the panel beater called and informed me that the car is not ready. I then called Miway to arrange for the car hire since I am paying for it every month. The consultant told me that I should have requested the car before Wednesday as they do not process such requests on Friday. When I asked why I was not told about this when I took the insurance she then told me that the only way I can have a car is for her to send an email to the manager who will then try something with Avis. This is the company that is debiting my account every month and I have never skipped even one payment. What made me angry again is when I took the insurance in 2014 I was not told that should I need to use a hired car I will have to pay for etolls. Why are they not paying for etolls themselves as I am paying every month. BAD SERVICE AND I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GET INSURANCE FROM MIWAY. I AM ALSO CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY
No sanitizer at the door. We still leaving with the pandemic and the store does not care anymore.
