Poor service
Tjoo poor service ever.even regreting wht was doing.bought clothes for more than 1000 an it was last year November even now I'm still waiting. Even if u send email thy don't respond

Best customer service ever in my life.
Excelleny customer service .worse part i forgot my wallet at the counter. I came after 1 to 2 hours i did fund it the way it was. Keep up good work guys

My sister bought pair of shoes on 24 November and wear them 5 December before i got to work those where like i wear them for 5 years.and to store that same moment thinkibg thy will help me.thy refused and asked the head office number thy also refused.wht poor customer service

The security guard wouldn't allow me to enter store because i dnt want my Sister child whos 2 years 1 month and my child whos 1 year 6months to wear a mask.should wait for 15minutes fir manager to come and tell me whether to get in or wht.the manager who doesn't even have name tick.

Bad bad customer service
Today i went to phumlani mall at about pass 4 and went to store so called style.i saw a tekkie with blue and white colour.then get in side the store i was with my collegue and i rook 2 mens vest and 2 underpants. Then went to shoe department to check on the tekkie i saw on display.then when get there found different tekkie wich im not intrested in and i great the lady that works at style store if there still have the same tekkie that i saw on display and it happens that the lady was too busy to help me and he told the guy that i pass when going to that shoe department cause i saw he was busy with delivery guy ,the respond of that guy to tge the lady he said there's no such tekkie and asked him why arevu saying there's no tekkie am talking about why dnt u just go and take look at it cause iv passed there now ??then also tell the guy let me go and cum with it and did took the tekkie and cum back with it and his respond was why dnt u tell me u want the 1 on display then he took the tekkie and went to backroom and he came with the other pair and i was so hurt why this guy talking to me like im **** and i dnt knw him i took the tekkie then on my way to the till i throw all my staff and put back to their sales staff and also took my collegue staff and put there and that guy told me thats wht u can do get out (puma)and the guy was shouting and he even told me if i want him he will get me and he even shout louder where their staff was laughing and worse part i ask the lady that was working on the door can i please see the manager she said wait i will ask sum1 to call her then she call the other lady she said who want the manager im busy go get her,that lady call the other lady from service operating and she said she's too busy she cant leave the customer and that lady ask me to wait for a while i waited for more or less 5 minutes and asked the lady on door whats the name of that guy who was so rude and shouting me that he will even beat me and the other customer said to him in womens month(August )u want to beat a women he said hes not afraid and he will beat him if i want him and all staff laughed and i decide to leave the store cause its seems like they enjoy customers like the nonsense.I WILL NEVER BUY AT STYLE AT PHUMLANI MALL.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
