I’m unable to log onto my Clicks website as it gives an error when it comes to verifying my personal details. I contact the Clicks customer care centre, they said I should send an email to the service desk for two things, error logging in and thy I should checkout as a guest and log a request for the points to be allocated. I send both emails, receive auto responses confirming receipt. To date, none of them have been attended to, I still cannot log in and my points have not been allocated. I call in today again, I speak to a lady who tells me there is a ‘guy’ handling the request and she’s transferring me, then she puts me back to the queue. Clicks should hire agents who care about customer experience. Their service is not even bare minimum, you have to beg for basic service etiquette, updates and acknowledgment. I Do Not Know why FNB ever broke their partnership with Dischem to partner with Clicks. As clients, we’re suffering and would never advise anyone to associate with this store. Good day, I’m writing this email with great disappointment regarding the order number above 241214-001-1285 which was placed on the 14 parcel 3 and have not received no immunisation whatsoever regarding the latest update. Yet parcel 1 and 2 were successfully delivered. The status has been on ‘order confirmed’ since the 14th. I initiated a chat today to find out what has transpired and on chat you said the product is in CPT so I decided to call customer service and there it was said the order is with courier. The service and lack of transparency is atrocious and not good customer experience.
I ordered with Makro on the 26th August, on the 29th I logged a return request. I was asked which date would I prefer, all the other dates were greyed out and the first one available was the 2nd. I selected the 2nd and there has not been any feedback or correspondence from them regarding the return, today it’s the 4th and counting. Their service is atrocious.
Was contacted by legal debtors from Webafrica stating I have an outstanding amount for a router that was delivered to me, no router was delivered to me. Was liaising with Nobuntu and Ovena Adams from legal debtors and they could not advise when the router was delivered yet they are too quick to threaten me through email starting my name is listed. The next step will be reporting them to the FAIS Ombud. Speak soon.
I’m so disappointed with the Game. Placed an order on the 7th, today is the 14th and I still have not received my order. I called them multiple times and all of them keep excising themselves saying it’s their courier desk. They do not get back to me, I constantly need to be on their back regarding the order, it’s atrocious!

When taking up a Telkom LTE offer under Webafrica I thought it would help since I was migrating from Rain. 3 debit orders went off the first time leaving my account on a negative, I enquired and was told I should just reverse the debit orders and the services would cancel meaning they would not go off the next month. Today 3 debit orders went off again leaving my account on a negative again, now I’m being charged by my bank for bounced debit orders and my credit score is also adversely affected. Livid is an understatement, the service is just atrocious!
Do not associate with Chubb security! Customer service, zero! How they respond to emergencies, zero! Their inability to remedy a complaint, zero! When cancelling?! Even worse. I’ve had their system for less thank 4 months due to their lack of response when coming to emergencies, when calling to query this, their agents are rude and know nothing about telephone etiquette. I’m now requesting to cancel and they have not been attending to my query.
Rain network is thee worst! If you were thinking of upgrading to them this is a sign that you should NOT! I have had no service for the past week going on two. When you call they never pick up the line or give you a ticket number and promise to call you back but they never. They are by far thee worst service provider!
I do not even know where to start with this security company. Firstly lack of disclosure when it comes to letting you know what you are getting yourself into and worse their response is non-existent. Do not rely on National security for your safety!
