Absolutly useless bunch of ****s accross the boared. Contacted 3 diffrent shops yesterday by phone and whtsapp and there is just no reply or any sense of urgency to try to help.
We went to Ocean Basket Cape Gate a few nights ago, arriving more than an hour before closing time. We placed our starter orders, but when they arrived, we were immediately told we had to place our mains quickly because the kitchen was closing soon. One of our mains was supposed to come with a drink, which we never received. When the food eventually arrived, one meal that was supposed to include prawns was served without them. After pointing this out, we were brought prawns, but they were poorly prepared and still had the veins (“**** sacks”) in them. The waiters seemed unorganized and confused about what was going on. Portion sizes were small for the prices charged, and overall the experience was very disappointing.
I have tried multiple days and it never seems that any of the Romans Pizza's have delivery drivers. What adds to my frustration is that their app is a piece of ****. Because it lets you select a store for delivery, knowing what your address is, then makes you place your whole order just to turn around and say one step before payment that I am too far away from you. I can't understand why you would list shops that are too far away from me to begin with, never mind make me go through the whole order for nothing just to tell that to me at the end. Also how the **** is it possible to show on your app 7 stores where I can "supposedly" order from and only one does deliveries? You are no doubt losing customers because if the app didn't **** them off enough once they go onto Mr.D or Uber Eats and see they would now need to pay upwards of R70 more for the same thing you could have deliverd I can bet you now they will just get something else. It is honestly pathetic.
I have been with VOX for years and never had trouble with them, untill the other night when I was trying to do a big download on my night surfer package. It deducted the total from my normal data and I brought it under ther attention, they then came to me with this bull**** story of you need to restart the router for nightsurfer to kick in, which I have never had to do before, and when asked if it will then stay on night surfer it was said to me "no it knows when to switch back". So let me get this straight somehow they can't pick up when it is 12 at night to switch on the night surfer without me restarting the router, yet they caan tell when it is 7 in the morning and turn can then turn itself off. It is a bull**** excuse and I am not happy.
A week later and still their app, website and whatsapp is not working. They only respond to emails when you call them and force them to check the mails and then they still stretch out something as simple as an application out requesting documentation bit by bit. I am so fed up with them, I honestly don't know how you run a business like this let alone a bank
What a **** bank! 5 days on an application and still not sorted. Their website doesn't work, their app doesn't work, they don't respond to emails after trying 3 different ones and when you phone them they just endlessly put you through to the next asshole who still can't help you but will then still have the cheek to try to sell you their other ****ty services when they can't even help you with your current application. I would not recommend this bank unless you want to spend endless hours loosing your **** and still sitting at square one. They are absolutely useless.
This is the worst insurance company you could ever work with. Except for the blatant lies and being ignored for days on end after endless follow-ups, they will try everything in their power to prolong your suffering and pull out all the stops to not pay out. If it isn't just engorging your mails, when you call them they will tell you they will phone you before the end of business and then proceed to ignore you and force you to have to phone back again. Their incompetence is only matched by their don't care attituded. If you want an insurance company that cares about you and will try to get your claim sorted asap BUDGET INSURANCE IS NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR YOU.
After a terrible experience of ordering online with Builders (you can check my other review about this experience),I finally got my order. Then as luck should have it, the unit broke and I had to take it in as it was under warrantee. I explained to them that my wife works from home and needs the inverter so she can't be without it therefore I would like a replacement unit or a refund. After a lot of back and forth I gave in and let them send it in to the suppliers to have a look at the unit as that is their protocol (bunch of **** if you ask me). They said it takes 21 days, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them 21 working days and then had to follow-up myself since I did not hear anything back from them. Then it would have been couriered on (business) day 24, and after not getting confirmation of its arrival I followed up again to more excuses. Finally on (business) day 30 I got confirmation it has reached the Somerset West store. My wife went to pick it up and the lady at the returns counter tells her that she needs to "get a car-guard to help her carry the unit", which to me is unexpectable after all the **** we have had to put up with from them. My wife then notices the power cable is not there, and then they want to argue that it was never written up by the lady who checked it in. My wife then suggests they check the cameras for that day as there is no doubt in our minds that the cable was plugged into the unit on arrival at the store. This cost my wife another hour waiting for them to sort this out and she eventually had to call head office as the *****s at store level could not be bothered to help her sort out their own ****up. BUILDERS IS USELESS AND THE MOST UNORGANISED AND UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If you would like to keep your sanity I suggest never buying anything from them.
I checked online and they said that they had stock of an invertor that I wanted to purchase at a branch, just for me to drive out to the branch and hear there is no stock available. Ordered it online and paid fore it were it said there is a waiting period, over a month later and I had to follow up with them and they could not tell me when I would receive it. After a whole lot of back and forth it finally arrived. After some time the unite started packing up and I was still in my warranty period. They wanted me to wait for 21 days until the supplier had a look at it and then decide if I can get a refund or a replacement. I think it is a super ****ty practice to keep your clients waiting for an order without updating them that it will be late, and not being able to inform you when you can expect delivery after it is already late. It is also very stupid to make a customer wait 21 days for you and your supplier to figure out if the unit is indeed broken and he can get a refund or a replacement. I would not recommend Builders Warehouse at all.
Useless does not come close to discribe the Macdonald's app, it is not user friendly, my food never came and I am now in week two of trying to get my refund. It is an endless circle of them saying they will refund me if I send my card number, then they need screen shots, then they say it will take 5-7 working days to reflect just to follow up and find out that the payment has not been made yet. Needless to say I am fed up, how a billion dollar company is this mismanaged and ****ty that they can't even do a refund in over two weeks blows my mind.
