My experience with Truehost has been extremely disappointing. I registered a domain on December 20th, 2025, and to this day, it’s still not active. On the same day, I paid for another domain, and that one was suspended. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, their support has been completely unhelpful. I’ve been dealing with someone named Zola via online chat, and every interaction has been frustrating. He refused to provide an email address where I could send proof of payment, and every time I reach out, I have to repeat the same details. Even uploading proof of payment through their chat system fails repeatedly. Truehost seems more interested in taking people’s money than providing any real service. If you’re considering registering or hosting a website with them don’t. Their service is unreliable, and their support is pathetic.
I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before joining Bestmed. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite paying my premiums, Bestmed refused to cover the cost of a crucial medical scan and later declined to pay for my hospital stay. A medical scheme is supposed to provide peace of mind and support during times of need, but Bestmed has done the opposite. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist when it mattered most makes me feel that the name “Bestmed” is misleading — it should honestly be called “Worstmed.” If you value reliability, transparency, and proper healthcare support, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Bestmed should should not even get a single star, this company just want people to pay and never get sick, i was hopitalized and the dr provided them with a motivation why i need to be in hostpital. After i was discharged they refuses to pay the hospital, while i was still trying to deal with that they refused to pay for a ct scan which they approve. The lab refuses to do th scan without authorization and after bestmed authorized it that when the ct scan was done, now bestmed is telling me they are only paying 1000 and that scan was 24 800. Anyone looking for a new medichal scheme dont evem look bestmed direction they provide thw worst service.
My heart is bleeding right now as I went to Sasol Atteridgeville (Maunde)on the 21st to full up my car unfortunately my card was had expired after the petrol attendant filled up which was R 350 the transaction failed due to an expired card. I asked him what can I leave then I will get it when i bring the money as I was rushing to a funeral. I offered a Phone which is an I Phone he said no leave your ID, I did that because the guy looked like a decent guy who would not do anything stupid with my ID. I paid the money using cash sent which I sent to his cell phone so he can settle my bill and I can go collect my ID once I am back. however to my surprise yesterday I see people sending me the screen shot of my ID and car with the ID number and the registration number in the clear and I also received 3 SMSs stating that a credit request was done on my name. I tried to call this guy and he told me not to call him I should go to the garage. I please with Sasol to get to the bottom of this. If i do not receive any response I will have to take the advices from my legal team. firstly the guy has humiliated me and violated my privacy. POPI act clearly states that this cannot be done you cant take someone ID and publish it on facebook that insane and very stupid as you know fraud rate is very high.
Avo by Nedbsnk is a scam I mistakenly transferred money into that wallet and it impossible to withdraw the money or use it for anything else, I even tried to purchase data and airtime with the money after i gave up trying to withdraw it. trying to buy was also impossible the app throws an error all the time customer service is not even there. i am so frustrated right now don't even know what to do anymore.
Nedbank does not even deserve a single star, right now all I want to do is move my account to another bank, these bank closed my account without informing me and my salary get deposited in there when I call them they tell me my account was over drawn by 500. Why don't you notify me that you acre going to close my account so a can get another account from another bank and use it for my salary and debit orders. this is really bad service nedbank you cant treat people like this.
I applied for Covid Payment relief in April and I have been harrassed since June each and every month with a statement requesting payment, which I make every month I have not been able to make the payment from March to June as the business was slow at that time however I have started making payments in July and I have been paying my normal installmet and sometimes more if i have, however I have been harrassed by Toyota's debt collection company who call me every month to come and take the car. The Toyota's covid assist department was just there but you will never get help from those guys, or even worse they will never respond to your emails. Right now I am always panicing thinking this guys might come take the car and if that happens I will not eve be able to continue paying for it as i use the car for Uber.
This is the worst ISP i have ever used they just take my money for nothing. This thing never work its either it connects for 20 minutes then disconnect for an hour, it is really frustrating paying for aomething that never works. I am done with rain and i will make sure that anyone who thinks of becaming their customer thinks twice first. Subcribing with rain is more like aubscribing to stress. It will be one of those failled companies plus their customer service is bad they dont care about their customers.
Poor service from Telkom is really frustrating me now, i have 13 Gig remaining in my account however when i try to connect it tells me that i have ran out of bundles. I have had several chats with the customer service consultants online however all they do is close that call while i am still typing. i tried calling and i was holding for 45 minutes without anyone picking up the call, Telkom is so bad they don't even deserve 1 star rating.
