Got 2 beef patties with sauce, no garnish. 😒 And I couldn't turn back 'cause I was rushing to a funeral. Not the best start to the day."
I would like to complain about the quality of clothing crossover has my husband bought 2 shirts at the crossover Menlyn and one of the shirts neck is washed out after wearing it once for a shirt that costs that much you should really work on ur brand.
I am disgusted by the service I received from KFC. Last night on the 26 September 2023 at 8pm I placed an order (order number 3260923) to be delivered to my house 30min later I receive an sms saying my order has been delayed and will be delivered at 2am I call customer care an they say it was an error on they side the driver is in my area a few minute later I receive an sms saying my food was delivered and I must rate the service and the food was not delivered I spent money again called customer care and explain my story and they tell me there is nothing they can do they cant even see the details of the driver they will arrange a refund I call KFC Karenpark Pretoria I speak to rude lady called Lizzy saying she cant help and customer care already told me that they will refund so why am I complaining. I still have not received my refund and I didn't want a refund I wanted food and at the time it was already 10pm where was I supposed to get food for my daughter and I. KFC service is bad and its not the first time I get such disgusting service from KFC Karenpark and the have no respect for customer and that driver needs to be called to order because he didn't follow the correct procedure he basically stole my food because he confirmed that he delivered my food which he didn't and KFC is so hopeless the couldn't get another driver who is competent to deliver my food.
We buy cars Sliverlakes I would to appreciate the wonderful service I got from Lyle Boards, Francois Venter, Henry, Anelize and Buhle from the finance team. This team is amazing I came into the branch looking for car and the car I was looking for had already been sold but Francois and Lyle helped me find another vehicle one which was located at other branches but Francois made sure that the car gets to Sliverlakes within 24 hours and that for me was the best service ever the sales man Lyle assisted me patiently like I was the only customer in that big branch. We buy cars Sliverlakes keep up the great work and to everyone I mentioned I hope the company knows what an asset you are to the company. Thanks once again for the excellent service.
I am disgusted by the service at we buy car silverlake. I had a car reserved for me to purchase went through with the application bank approved test drove the car while still waiting for my final approval we buy cars decided to sell the car to some else only because they were buying cash and no one bothered to inform me. The car had to go for a final inspection and I went to the branch to do the follow up on the inspection only to find that the car was sold and no one cared to inform me this we buy car has no respect for they customer called the head office line to escalate my query the dropped my line 3 times so unprofessional.
Most unprofessional and useless Insurence I have ever come across. On the 16 May 2023 I reported that my ceiling in my living room just fell off they said thy would send an accessor to check the damage am still waiting. It winter my house is cold and dusty but they don’t care I though insurance was there to make your life easier but not with this is insurance they don’t communicate you as the client have to constantly call the.
I am very disappointed with the at House and Home. The service is very bad I bought a fridge on Black Friday 2021 and today is the 4th Jan 2022 and they still haven’t delivered my fridge I lodged a complaint with there head office still nothing. Calling the store is pointless because even the store manager has no clue of what’s going on in his store. Highly disappointed and disgusted by the way they treat customers.
Our municipal is really disappointing us every week our power gets cuts off at Soshanguve block xx B1. We can stay up to two days without electricity we have people working from home kids we need to feed Load shading is much better at least you know after two hours you have power. This is nonsense no one to assist resolve this matter from Tshwane municipality. But we religiously pay our municipal bills. Tshwane municipality please respect us
