If I could rate Webafrica 0 stars I would! 3 days without internet, hours of airtime used just to added to 35minutes holding queues because of *********** staff! Currently on the line for 40minutes just to get through to an agenct is pathetic! The live chat is useless, an agent enters the chat then randomly disconnects after 30 seconds!
If I could rate your service zero stars, I would. I have been paying for two months for a faulty device that was returned in June, only to discover—after following up myself due to your complete lack of communication—that the contract was cancelled back in June upon return. Despite this, I was still debited in July. I reached out via email requesting a call back from a customer care agent to explain: Why the contract was cancelled What fault was found with the device Why I was not informed or offered a replacement device To date, I have received no response. This is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on Vodacom's customer service. It feels like I was left in the dark while being charged for a product that was no longer in use.
Receptionist has no communication skills, she's blatantly rude. I called to make a booking and she was talking to another employee while speaking to me, no telephone etiquette I will definitely not visit this spa and not recommend anyone as well.
If I can give them a 0 rating I would. Bought a Bar-One waffle with no bar one whatsoever, so much money spent for the worst service too as I waited more than 30mins for a waffle with only nuts on.
Rating them 1 star is to much, really disappointed in the way one of the call center agents dealt with my request. He was utterly rude and aggrogant didn't even try to solve my request I was rudely told to go into the cell c store for the second time to resolve it in store. When I informed him Im disappointed and will not make use of their service he aggrogantly said "then do so". When I asked for a reference number for th call I was told no.
I absolutely hate the security's at all courts in Cape Town they all so arrogant!
Omw the security at the door was just horrible when myself and partner asked him if there are openings he literally pushed us out the door and said we can't come in the full. When we asked the waiting time for a table his words to us " do not ask unnecessary questions" I'm appalled by his behavior as i always received amazing service and hospitality from this restaurant and what made it worst was it was our anniversary... Wanted to make it special but that security killed the whole mood.
