Im SICK AND TIRED of inefficienct Discovery! I uploaded my scripts on med express..NOTHING DELIVERED! I uploaded my scripts again and phoned to log a query. the lady told me that i must now get my medication from dischem and there is a link on the discovery website which will direct me to the appropriate web page so i can order my medication....THERE IS NO LINK ON THE WEBSITE!! i then tried using the app on my phone. i got somewhere, BUT I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! i have 2scripts to upload, i could only upload 1 script! now, i cant find that link on the app, in order to pload my second script! You people want me to DIE!! WHY MAKE CHANGES TO SOMETHING WHICH WAS WORKING PERFECTLY PREVIOUSLY? I DONT KNOW WHAT I PRESSED, I DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS!! DISCOVERY, I HATE YOU!! WHY U MAKING LIFE SO DIFFICULT?? BEFORE IT WAS UPLOAD, VERIFY, ORDER, PAY, DELIVERED...NOW I CANT EVEN GET PASSED UPLOADING MY SCRIPTS OR FINDING THE DISCHEM LINK!! SORT OUT YOUR PROBLEMS AND STOP MAKING MY LIFE SO INCONVENIENT....I AM PAYING FOR CONVENIENCE NOT HEADACHES!!!
The ****mers r at it again! I received a phone call from a ****mer claiming to be from nedbank ***** department. A black lady saying that Affinity health is trying to debit my account to the tune of R5000-00. Obviously i said i have no idea what she is talking about. Then she says she wants my debit card number which will allow her to block that R5000-00 debit. I said I am not comfortable giving her that number over the telephone. Once I said that and she realised that she is not going to get anywhere with me... she cut the call very quickly. Nedbank...U CLEARLY HAVE QUESTIONABLE PEOPLE WORKING FOR U! WHY DO THEY ALWAYS COME AFTER ME???? ITS CLEAR THEY HAVE ACCESS TO MY DETAILS HELD BY NEDBANK! The phone number which showed up on my phone is: 0683611946
AA employee attitude and face to face service is non-existant now. they are speaking on the phone in front of the client. HOW RUDE!!!!Client had to wait for him to get off the phone so she could discuss the problem with the car. When the car got started, the client asked the AA guy if he can follow her to the nearest battery replacement centre which is literally 1 street away, he said NO, SHE CAN MAKE IT TO THE CENTRE ON HER OWN! What the hell am i paying AA for? 40 yrs ago the service was impeccable! The guy will arrive, he would be polite, absolutely no rudeness on any level, absolutely no attitude or arrogance or anger, and they would follow us to the car centre which was more than 1 street away from me back then! Today the guy couldnt even seperate the car key from the skeleton key in order to unlock the car. When the client offered to help him to seperate it, he angrily said no! We r seriously considering dropping AA! There are many more BETTER insurance options out there! I dont have to put up with attitude, arrogant, angry AA guys who puts the client last and who clearly favours talking on the phone and makes the client wait until he finishes the phone call! I WONT PAY FOR ARROGANCE ATTITUDE AND ANGER! I want PROMPT EFFICIENT IMMPECCABLE SERVICE! Pull up your socks AA! dont even think about phoning me! im not interested in talking to u guys! Just FIX THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR CALL OUT GUYS AND IMPROVE YOUR "SERVICES" WITH THE CLIENT!
delivery to your door means exactly that...DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR!...My ordered items were dumped out on the pavement next to my building out on the road and the delivery guy just drove off! I PAY FOR MY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY DOOR SO I DONT HAVE TO LEAVE MY HOUSE! Whats worse I am disabled due to a stroke, so now I must crawl downstairs and back with my ordered items??? You people are DISGUSTING!!! my order no. is 39021039. Thank god i was able to reverse the tip i gave to the driver. I can tell you this much, I WILL NEVER EVER tip the drivers ever again!
These people are a pain in the u-know-what! I get a call in december 2022 about a quote on car insurance. I said I will read the policy and compare it to my current insurance. from then on, I have been receiving phone calls from different discovery insurance people every week...HOW ANNOYING! i felt harassed and pressured by them. Eventually i had a bit of a disagreement with one of them when they called for the umteenth time. I WAS ON HOLIDAY FOR GOD SAKE! he was arrogant, and i had to raise my voice to shut him up. he tried to bully me into listening to him! Now i want nothing to do with discovery insure! and dont even think about contacting me to discuss this matter any further, as i consider this unpleasant experience over and done with!
they are horrible people. I am recently disabled, my mom convinced me to go to these horrible people for a pampering... THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A DISABLED PERSON OR TO HAVE SYMPATHY FOR A DISABLED PERSON! I could barely walk,! I tried my best to get to this god foresaken place in time. When I get to the building, I couldnt find any parking and when i did eventually find a parking, nobody could direct me where to go/walk to! That woman is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Her name is annie or anna...something like that, she was so difficult. I will never go to them or to any other branches ever again. They r so overpriced! I have read an incident where the flesh was apparantly burnt off a lady's nose/face, and another incident where skin renewal was apparantly taken to court for some reason or the other. I dont know which branch had these complaints/problems....but i am certain you can find out which branch it is if u do a little investigative work yourselves. In my opinion, stay away from these people if u want to avoid any headaches! after reading the horror stories, Im actually glad they didnt know how to behave with a disabled person and caused me to barely walk out without any treatment! there is so much more i have left out. but i think u get my point.
I am a long time client/customer of discovery health. Now that i am old, i need to take medication. I get this medication delivered to me through discovery. discovery apparently uses medirite pharmacies to deliver my medication. medirite delivery people r sooo useless! They cant even speak english properly! They dont understand what the hell im trying to explain to them, they dont know where the hell they r in central durban, they dont even have GPS to direct them straight to me. HOW FRUSTRATING!!! WHY ARE YOU EMPLOYING EMPTY-HEADED PEOPLE??? In the age of technology GIVE THEM A GPS SYSTEM AND TEACH THEM HOW TO USE IT! I pay for these services to make my life easier, not more difficult!
I received a scam sms which looked authentic enough for me not to question its validity. It claimed i had to make a payment if i wanted to receive an international package. Coincidently it turned out that i was waiting for an international package and i made payment using my credit card. IT WAS A SCAM!!!! so much of money was debited on my credit card. My credit card company got very suspicious of the transactions and blocked my credit card and contacted me. all of these transactions will be reversed, thank god! everybody wants to steal money! mother!@#$%
Had an issue with a very dishonest seller. his advert was very deceptive. After purchasing an item, the seller contacted me and asked me for more money. I got very angry and decided to ask for a refund. Now the seller and bidorbuy r playing ping-pong with me and r not refunding me my money. right now both of them are THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE THIEVES!! AND THEY WILL REMAIN THIEVES UNTIL I GET MY REFUND!!!!!! MY COMPLAINT NO. IS: #GHS-208-98471
